This frame is very nice, sturdy, and sleek looking. Great value for the money. Only issue leading me to write that it's easy-ish to assemble is in the last step of the assembly, when you go to place the wooden slats. They are connected in a ladder type assembly through velcro straps that then stick to the inner lips of the bed frame. The slats themselves seem to be 1/16" a little too long, as I had to force the slats in between the two sidings. It's manageable but I just wanted to put it out there. Great frame overall!

For a mature 15 yr old boy. Slats are wood but are thin and and particle board slats lay on seems like not the best enforced. I wouldnt recommend for any kids that jump on bed or slam their selves down on it. Cannot use a box spring as it will cover the entire head board; so mattress only. We have a pillow top and there is no gaps b/t mattress, headboard or frame. Fabric good quality. Good space saver. No damage. Shipping ran behind and took about 5-7 days to get. Shipped from California to Louisiana. We are pleased. *assembly was easy for the guys. I am not an assembly person

We bought this bed for our teenager's (14) room. It must have been pretty easy to assemble because he and his friend did it. The slats, as mentioned in other reviews, do seem very slim and flimsy but the overall feel of the bed seems really pretty sturdy. He seems to like it, and the headboard is nice with nice linen fabric. My problem with this bed is that it is barely a foot off the floor so it's not easy to make (put clean sheets on etc) and also, as I found out today, the usual size of comforter and duvet cover is way too big and almost comes down to the floor so it doesn't look good when made. I want to return it but feel the hassle of disassembling it would be too much of a pain...so I feel like I am stuck.

I am so glad I bought this bed frame! I bought it after moving out and into a new place. It was rather easy to assemble; I had one issue with it but it was something I overlooked, so no fault on the instructions. I put it together myself in about an hour or so. It might have been shorter but I don't remember. It is very sturdy even though when you first get all the pieces out it may not seem so, but it is. It is somewhat lower to the ground but with me being 5'9" it really isn't that low. It is a lot better than trying to get off of the floor during the night!!
