I got this frame for our spare room, which has a king size mattress and formerly had a crappy old frame that has been moved a couple times and was on its way out. This frame was easy to assemble (though, yes, much assembly required! It's not hard by any means, but it'll take a bit of time). It's a no frills frame, perfect for a memory foam mattress (ours is a Nectar). My biggest hangup with it is the weight limit. It boasts a 350 lb weight limit on the king size frame - but after the weight of the mattress, you're left with a pretty small weight limit that even a small to average sized couple is likely to exceed. Since this is for our spare room, I'm not as concerned - I think that it will surely hold more than that, but maybe not with daily use or lots of "extracurricular activities" atop it. I will update this review after further use to speak to its longevity!

This is a nice queen-sized frame. It was easy and fast to put together without really needing an instruction, although they were included. I like how this is a platform style frame, so you don't need a box spring for it, just a mattress. We have memory foam mattresses, so those work particularly well on these types of frames. This fits nice in the space we have so it is a standard, queen frame. My only issue is, when you put the mattress on and move around on the bed, you can feel the frame shifting, slightly. It isn't as sturdy and firmly planted to the ground as I had hoped. Maybe that's because it is lighter weight than the other frame we have. We actually were intending to replace our frame, but this new one is actually not as sturdy, so we kept our old frame and put this new frame in the spare room. I figure, since it isn't as sturdy, it would do better with less usage in the spare room. I think this would be okay for a single person, or a lighter weight couple. We aren't huge, but we aren't tiny either, so we want the frame to be sturdy.

I am trying this for the bed for my son. The base of his previous bedframe broke beyond repair. This bedframe seems sturdy and I was able to put it together in about 30 minutes although I took my time. All hardware and tools needed are included (a few extra screws and brackets). The only kind of difficult part was to put all the bars that hold the left side and right side together in at the same time without a previously inserted rod coming out when putting in the next one. I laid the frame on the side and had my son help me align the bars, then pushed it all together. That's why I deducted a star. In this picture, the frame is placed inside a frame from another bed so there is a head-and footboard to the simple frame. I think the additional frame with help this product to from moving around too much. I am not using a box spring with this as it is not needed. The mattress can lay straight on the frame. Fingers crossed this will last for a good while.

The frame itself is heavy duty and seems really sturdy. I recommend setting it up in the room you are putting it in, as it is heavy. So far happy with the purchase!

I LOVE this thing. It comes well packaged and gives a minimalist type look to my queen size without looking cheap or out of place. EXTREMELY STURDY, didn’t even need the instructions to put together (although the manual they include is clear and concise, which is always appreciated). I would actually expect to pay hundreds of dollars more, but that’s yet another perk. Looks great, VERY durable and sturdy, easy to assemble, and will clearly last many a year. WHAT’S NOT TO LOVE?
