This does exactly what it says it will do. I am very happy with this suit. If your looking to drop a few pounds quick put this on and jump on the treadmill, you'll sweat it off easily. We'll see about the durability, but it appears to be well made. The size guide definitely helped me get the right size for me. The only thing I don't like is the left handed zipper. This is much better quality than expected for the price. Works well. Perfect for cutting weight or simply working out. Will be ordering another for standby. Good sauna suits like this are not easy to find at such a price.
