Couch is exactly as described. Product came VERY WELL packaged and was very easy to assemble. It needed a total of 20 screws (installed with an allen wrench) and 8 legs that just push and screw in to assemble. then everything just locks together. It took me about an hour by myself. It is on the smaller side (dimensions on the image are correct) but for a sunroom that doesn't get used often - it's perfect. The cushion on the seats are a little firm but comfortable to me; however, I may end up getting thicker pillows for the back as those are pretty thin. We'll see over time if they continue to expand (cushions come shrink wrapped and take a few hours to inflate). The storage under the chaise and under the sofa bed is great! Very spacious. And the chaise has pneumatic lifts that allow it to stay up while accessing the storage. The arm rest storage is minor, but is a nice added bonus. The storage pockets on the outside are very small and very flimsy. I'd be afraid to put more than a magazine a piece in them. But not a deal breaker to me. For a $400 sofa - you can't beat it. You get what you pay for, of course a more expensive couch would be larger and softer. ... show more

UPDATE - after a month is gotten worse. I lowered the stars. We just can't get comfortable. I went to sit down on it to write this review and when I placed my knee on the couch to climb on I felt the bar right on my knee that took my breath away in pain. In doing my best to return this item but because it arrived in 3 large boxes and several small boxes I've been trying to work with the seller to return. I will say the storage is great but not for every day use. Not comfy. Lesson learned go to the store to try it out FIRST. UPDATE - after owning this a few weeks now. Down to 3 stars. Here are our thoughts. The cushions are extremely thin. You can feel the back bar. Our fear is if you lean back or a heavy person leans back the back brace will break. The butt cushions are not that great either. I did buy decorative pillows that we can use to also lay on but this couch is not gonna last. We do love the storage but that's truly the only thing we love about the couch. Also a few days ago, I went to move the couch and it felt like something cracked or snapped. We love this concept of this couch. We think it's perfect for someone starting out like a college person. Kids will jump and this couch will. Not. Last. Not sure what we are going to do. Seems like a pain to return as I had tons of tiny parts to put on to make the couch snap together. ************ First thoughts upon receiving this item. 4 star. I just received these boxes today, three of them. I was able to drag them inside and open them up and lay out all the pieces. It's a lot more pieces than I thought. Please be sure to read the directions carefully. I cannot stress that enough. I was able to put this couch together completely by myself, and it took approximately 3 to 3.53 hours. Had I received some help to hold some parts together?I could have shaved off at least an hour. I agree that the cushions on the back.Part definitely need more stuffing. I will be making a trip to the craft store within the next week or 22 make them a little more fluffy. We needed a couch that was going to last us a few more years before we decide to retire, and this was the perfect choice. I can do a better review after some actual use. ... show more

Pretty easy to install. Not every screw/part is labeled so you have to do some guessing with the pictures. Easy to pull bed out for the most part. Only major problem I found is that the pull out section does not stay in place and does not fit snugly with the rest of the couch leaving gaps between the two which provides discomfort for sleeping. I’ll likely purchase a bed topper for sleep. However, again the pull out doesn’t stay in place do as I slept I felt it coming apart from the couch and had to keep pulling it back together. I checked manual and confirmed I did put it together correctly so not sure why it’s not fitting properly together without slipping apart frequently. It’s on the smaller side but that was expected. It’s firm but I like that and suppose it may loosen up over time. ... show more

    • Impressive for the price with a couple minor caveats
Very impressive for the price - plenty of storage and style. The green isn't as saturated in person which is a good thing. Assembly can be done by one fit/able-bodied person, but it would certainly be a lot easier with two. Was able to put it together in a couple hours on my own. The build quality is surprisingly solid and the cushions are comfy but a bit too firm to be considered plush (a positive in my book). The back cushions could be a bit thicker, but nothing some throw pillows can't handle. The instruction manual can be confusing at times, but that's to be expected when ordering one of these budget brands shipped straight from China. My two "gripes" are as follows: 1. The built in chargers will have your phone to 100% in no less than 5 hours (charging is extremely slow, not fast charging). This is a bit of a bummer as they're featured prominently in the arms, but at the end of the day I bought a couch not an outlet. 2. The couch is relatively light for its size meaning it can be dragged forward when extending the bed portion which is a bit of an annoyance, but not enough of one for me to dislike the couch or detract from the 5 stars. The functionality of the bed outweighs the inconvenience at the end of the day. ... show more

My daughter picked this sofa for her guest bedroom so she could watch TV. She’s not a big person and neither is her husband. The size was good for them. I also really like the quality of the fabric. It was a dense woven natural/synthetic fabric and it looked nice (see close-up photo in my review). It was a pain to put together and it’s not the highest of quality furniture that we ever bought, but for the price it worked for them. Beware the shipping is super high. I was looking for a couch small enough for a tiny home. When I found this couch, it checked all the boxes. The amount of storage in this couch is great for a tiny home. There are cupholders in both arms of the couch. Both arms lift up for additional storage. The chaise cushion also lifts for additional storage. There are built in charging stations on each arm and each side of the couch as additional storage for magazines and such. When it was time to put together, I was disappointed by the way the instructions were written. It was a bit confusing, but not too confusion that I couldn't figure it out. Also, when I lifted the chaise lounge to see the storage, the screws pulled right out of the wood. I was able to fix that problem with Gorilla Glue, but I should not have had to do that. One other thing is the description states the couch is 81 inches wide. This is false. The couch is 70 inches at best. For the price I paid including delivery, I should not have received damaged/broken property, I should not have had to glue the screws into the frame, and I was expecting ten additional inches of sitting area.
