I bought this for use on the beach at Ocean City, Md. The canopy only lasted about 3 days on the beach. We had a windy day and the wind broke one of the arms that holds the canopy out. The pole broke where a pin went through the arm. The arms are made of metal, but it's thin and cheap. I read a couple of the other reviews about the center pole being too short - those reviews are 100% accurate. The inside height might be 60 inches at best. You have to hunch over the entire time in the canopy. I don't see a warranty called out so now I have $150 piece of junk. I'd avoid this canopy if I were you.

We just got back from a week on the coast, and this was the best. It was super easy to set up, my wife and I had it up in under 10 minutes on the first try. The adjustable height made it easy to tweak depending on the sun’s angle throughout the day, and the included side wall gave us extra shade and a bit of wind protection in the afternoon. It’s surprisingly spacious. We comfortably fit two adults, two grandkids, a cooler, and a couple of beach chairs underneath with room to spare. I also appreciated the UPF 50+ protection...none of us got burned, even during peak sun hours. Bonus: It held up great on a breezy day thanks to the stakes and sandbags. Everything feels well-made and durable. After seeing how much use we got out of it in just one trip, I’d say it’s worth every penny.

I bought this MoKo cabana for a family trip to the beach. Setup was very easy, even one person could set it up without any hassle. The pop-up design and adjustable height (I set it to 8 feet) are super practical. We loved the ample shade it provides; five people could comfortably fit in with chairs and bags. The material really blocks the sun; I didn't feel the direct heat like I do in other tents. The removable sidewall was a huge plus, protecting us from the wind from one side without overheating. Plus, it has mesh on the sidewall, which helps air circulate without trapping heat. The poles are sturdy and durable; they don't bend. It held up very well to the wind, much better than other tents we saw flying near us. The sandbags at the bottom really provide stability, especially in loose sand. It includes two types of pegs for different types of terrain, another very useful detail. The triangular structure and upper windows help prevent it from lifting in the wind. Once stored, it's compact and lightweight for transport, not taking up much space in the trunk of a car. The included bag is sturdy and well-designed; it doesn't tear or become uncomfortable. This tent is perfect not only for the beach but also for the garden. The materials are of good quality, from the fabric to the stitching. An excellent investment for any outdoor outing. Five stars without hesitation!

I was kind of hesitant to get this since it was a cheaper version of the Cool Cabanas tent. I opted to get this rather than the cool cabanas since it has the side wall. We took it to the beach many times with our new baby and my husband keeps raving about what a great purchase it was. We live by the beach and use this all the time versus all the other types of umbrellas and canopies we have. It’s so easy to carry and set up and provides lots of shade. Having the side wall with the mesh provides more shade while allowing wind to get through on hot days. One thing though the 50 UV resistance doesn’t seem to be as strong as advertised since sun still goes through a lot and my baby got a tan from it. However it holds up well in the wind (we suffered through a torrential downpour at the beach with 25 mph wind and it held up) I was so impressed! You have to make sure there is a lot of sand in the bags and have plenty of tension. We are very happy with this purchase and it saving us so much more money than cool cabanas.

I am very impressed with our new MoKo beach canopy! I was excited to get it so we could take it on family beach day. But what I didn’t think about was how handy it would be in our yard. It is perfect when our grandchildren come to visit. It works great for parents and babies who want/need to be out of the sun, and our grand kids enjoy having cover the swimming pool or over their activity tables on extra hot days. With canopies we have owned in the past , my husband had to be around to set them up, but this one I can set up on my own without much effort. Everything comes together easily and securely. I love the colors of the canopy! It actually looks really nice in the back yard. One of my favorite features is being able to fill the corners with sand in order to keep it more stable. It also comes with different types of stakes which allow you to secure the canopy in various ground surfaces. It does a great job of keeping us out of the sun. Definitely recommend!
