I'm enjoying the faucet. Although I am not happy that I have to have an app for the faucet. It should work with OR without having to download an app. I tried to install it without and low and behold the Moen app is mandatory. Not a drop would come out until I got the app up and running. Additionally the instructions in the manual are outdated and call out an app that no longer exists in the Google play store. I rolled the dice and installed another Moen app (there are about 6 to chose from) and got lucky. The faucet works. It's pretty and functional but I don't care to recieve messages on my phone and emails stating the "device is lost" which occurs once a week. This is technology that has gone too far imho and Moen would do well to make app optional like past models (this is my 2nd Moen sense faucet and the first did not require an app). Overall, I am pleased with the functionality of the faucet and the sensor performs reliably which is why I purchased it. ... show more

We are obsessed with our faucet. It’s so easy to use! We are still figuring out all the ways it works including voice activation and setting the water flow to be consistent but it really leveled up our kitchen look. We had a plumber install it. We really were not sure we needed the "Smart" features or voice controls but are glad we chose this model. It's very intuitive to use the sensor, and we barely touch the actual lever. It amazed us that this tech was such a useful upgrade.

I would buy this faucet for her sophisticated looks alone, however, she's far more than a pretty face. She's quite intelligent with motion sensors and Alexa commands. I was concerned that this faucet may be larger than I wanted but it scales beautifully to my space. I found the faucet very expensive and even had to add $100 for adapters so we could hardwire it. This is a nice looking sturdy faucet, but that's likely not why you'd buy it - you want the smart functionality. And that is where the faucet falls flat on its face. I will preface this by saying that I have dozens of smart devices throughout my house. All Kasa switches, smart things TV's, 7 echos, Sense, LinkTap, PHin, this list goes on... I have all of these running on my wifi6 mesh network, all of which have nearly 100% up time (save the PHin which is a swimming pool monitor and significantly far from the house). This MOEN U faucet does not remain connected to my network for more than 48 hours at most... ever. The process to reset it is to crawl under the sink and press the reset button at the bottom corner of the control box. This is a process that I'm extremely familiar with because I do it every time before I have people over to my house. EVERY TIME. I routinely just use it as a dumb faucet because the hassle of resetting it is not worth the convenience of crawling under the sink. I thought this would be the perfect solution for 4 ounces of 98 degree water for our newborn baby bottles, but the execution by MOEN fell short. Additionally, product support for this $600 faucet is non-existent. You get routed through a maze of phone trees until you give up... Of course, their excuse, "We're experiencing a large call volume due to COVID"... maybe you could hire more people for your call center then? ... show more

I love this faucet! It is a statement in the kitchen and on top of that it was a cinch to install! I purchased it at half price for what I can only assume was an open box return, as it was in perfect condition being sold as "used, like new".
