The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble, seems sturdy, pretty firm. There were two things that I struggled with in assembly. One peg was longer than the others but I just pushed them in to the same length. I tried putting the front legs in with the black covers still over the screws. That was an error on my part but the instructions are not detailed. Update: I had to send mine back due to the design of the chair legs not providing enough support for the couch. After sitting on it, the wood cracked. As well one of the holes where you screw the leg in did not have the grooves all the way in on the entire inside, which is why it ended up breaking because it could not be secured. ... show more

I was very nervous to order a couch online. People did say the mint color was more aqua. It is BEAUTIFUL. Obviously this is not a high end couch but it works well for my apartment. My 17 yr old son even loves it lol he’s 6’5. He lays on it. The back is a little low but the cushions on the back are nice! It’s pretty firm but I hope it will soften some. I wouldn’t say that it’s the best couch if your going to lounge on it all day. I plan to get a more comfortable chair for the living room for myself. I’m the only one that’s really out there. Yup, it arrived fast. Yup, it was easy to assemble. No, it is not comfortable. The cushion has zero give. It feels hard. If you decide to return it you will be charged for the INITIAL SHIPPING...a RESTOCK FEE...and YOU will have to pay and coordinate the return shipment. This was a total waste of money as it is too hard to enjoy sitting on...which is it's ONE JOB I am a prime member and Amazon will not assist with this. ... show more

First off I waited in vane for them to take the money off my account so I could balance my bank book, had to complain and one day later it arrived...Please let customers know if there is a holdup, what that is...ok? and fed ex left before I could inspect. box had 3 rips and was dented but sofa was fine. Great idea to put all under inside sofa and a handy pink string attached to the hardware. pieces were all good, beautiful cinnamon color, super soft velvet, looove it. However! the 2 front legs had very thick plastic coating on them that took me 2 days to remove with a wire snips! Why put that on there??? Once off, the legs fit fine. ...whew! My hands are killing me. you will need 2 people to help lift some of the parts and slide into the clips together at the same time. I wish there would be cotton batting underneath the material of the back piece. I am 5'1" so I need more pillows behind my back, its firm but soft, The price was way too high at $566 incl tx. I have seen tons of these sofas for under $350 but cant get the cinnamon. =Quality, Average. Visually appealing, above average. ease of assembly easy but watch those plastic screw caps, they wont fit unless you remove those. Over all. Happy with it. ... show more

I put it together in 30min from unboxing to sitting down. The fabric is great. (You can see slightly through the seat fabric but I am incredibly particular.) I sat comfortably with my date on it with plenty of flirting space :) Jack the cat loves it! You can never see the white cat hair but the fabric cleans up easily so I love it. The seat is pretty firm but not uncomfortable. The back pillows are like marshmallows and will make you fall asleep. The cylindrical pillows are a bit weird small but great for a pillow fight. I will be changing those out seasonally anyway. There were a few dirt spots in places straight out of the packaging but I cleaned them and then Scotch Guarded. Heck, the price!?!? So all and all, I am not only pleased with my purchase, but I would encourage this purchase. (I have had this for 2 months) ... show more

First off, the couch is beautiful and seems to be well made. Many of the cheaper couches have a pretty low weight limit but this one does not. I am 6’2”, 225 and and this couch is sturdy and comfortable enough to lay on (feet hanging off end) - you might have to take the back pillows off. We have a much nicer couch as our primary couch, but this couch works great as a secondary couch. ... show more

The color gray is true to color. I like the length of the sofa. It didn't take me very long to assemble it; instructions pretty clear. The sofa doesn't have any scratches, discolorations on the cushions or tears. It looks elegant and simple in my living room.
