The shipping company isn't big on communication (but if you're persistent and call the corporate office, you'll get through. Looks like good quality and not too heavy. Absolutely love my daybed, I added pillows to enhance comfort! Love that it came assembled as well. Was more than I wanted to spend but I love that it came assembled and looks to be excellent quality. Will maybe add Velcro under ottoman pillow to keep in place better but it hasn’t been too annoying yet. Plenty big enough for 2 people to relax together. At 5’5”, sitting back and propped up, I have about 8” at the end before my feet would hang off ottoman. ... show more

Delivery took much longer than projected and we had a lot of trouble scheduling with the delivery company. The bed is beautiful and very comfortable but the cushions are not at all waterproof. The rain puddled on them and soaked completely in to the cushions. We now take them inside every time it is suppose to rain, which is a bit of a pain for outdoor furniture! Ottoman cushion also does not want to stay in place. We plan on adding a strip of Velcro to try to help with that. ... show more

Not as described in size. Measurements are clearly 70" x 70" and 28.5" tall. Set is comfy and I do like it. I spent a lot of time laying out and researching the perfect size for my space. When ordering online size descriptions being accurate are VERY important. Seat height with cushion is 14.25" i hope this info helps others. Update, decided to wash the cushion cover. The zipper broke when putting it back on. Contacted modway, they do not sell a replacement. It is so awkward shaped its going to be nearly impossible for me to find a replacement cover for my cushion. ... show more

First of all the daybed came promptly and excellent delivery person took it to back yard. Very big box but all the pieces can be taken out separately and moved pretty easily ( only 2 of us). I chose this for our outdoor patio because it is weatherproof, with Sunbrella fabric cushions and pillows. The base cushion is comfortable and thick. The built in arm table is nice too, one less piece of furniture needed. But most of all, I live that is came assembled in one big box. All that was needed was a pair of scissors to cut open the box and remove bubble wrapping and plastic from pillows!!! ... show more
