This item is spot on in the description. It still is a bit lightweight for travel purposes but over all appears to work well. Sadly I have to return it due to the fact that I am getting a big breed puppy and this will not work well under an airline seat on a budget carrier. Not a bad product for light weights dogs.

My cat is a big boy (15 lbs) & this carrier is big enough for him to sit & turn around in. I like the multiple option for opening the carrier (2 side openings & top opening) & my cat likes the ability to see out through the screening.

I've had this carrier for a while now and my cat loves it! He weighs about 11-12 lbs, but he's a long boy, so he needs a lot of room to turn and settle comfortably in a carrier. We leave it out for him and he just sits in it while we're on the couch. We did take him to the vet in it, so he will only sit in it with the flaps open now at home, but a win a win.
