It took almost 5 hours for 2 adults to put together (base model). It's well built. It was a little confusing getting started then it started to make sense and assembled easier. The slide is the best part, the kids zoom down it very fast!

Very well-made and sturdy. Both my five and nine year-old love it. My nine-year-old gets bored easily and loves the fact that you can move the plates around for different climbing configurations.

My 2 girls love the play set. They both can play together and have lots of fun. It did take my husband several days and frustration at times putting it together. But so far it was a great purchase!

Easy to build though it took a couple of days. We had a blast assembling it together and are having even more fun playing on it. Durable, strong, and easily withstands a beating from four kids and all of their friends.

Docked a star for the instructions that would make IKEA blush. We bought the whole kit with all 5 pieces and the base kit, the one you do first, took us FOREVER!! Of course there are a ton of pieces so you would assume that it takes time, I get it. On top of that though, the instructions are depicted from the side! Why?? Who knows! My husband and I couldn’t find any true benefit for the side view. It makes it really difficult when all the pieces are pretty much the same but only slightly different. Now, the pieces were clearly labeled and that was nice but the downside to that is we have a million stickers to remove (eventually because let’s face it, by the end we are done messing it with it for a good while). Towards the end we could pretty much figure out where pieces went which was nice because either we screwed it up — very possible — or the side view messed us up and we installed the wrong side first. Who knows. It’s standing. TA DA!! We have a range of 4yo-9yo kids that love it and are both challenged and entertained. Winning! Now there was a comment about non existent customer service. I want to specifically address that. We had this arrive in 3 shipments while Amazon showed 1. This set is a total of 8 boxes and the first shipment was 5 boxes. I went about my day thinking it was fine until I realized there are pictures on the boxes and we didn’t have our whole set. Amazon showing delivery complete. I immediately called skywalker holdings by looking up their website. I was on hold for about 15 minutes before getting to talk to anyone. They do offer a call back but meh, I waited. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and was confused right along with me as to why I didn’t have my full order. She then searched through each piece and told me more would arrive on other days. We both sighed in relief. I’m not sure what the other reviewers called about but I was happy with the way things got done. Now all of that aside, this set is awesome! I’m jealous of my kids! The slide alone!! It’s not a wimpy slide that they will outgrow. It is a good 7’ high and steep that my kids are skidding across the grass on their butts and giggling the whole way! Maybe too fast for a little one but like I said, 4-9yo love it! Seemingly extremely durable! Everything other than the base kit was easy to install, though not as clearly labeled. I would absolutely recommend this set! Great value even at the full price. I caught on a Black Friday sale and was stoked! Comparable to the cedar or wooden sets that will rot in a few years. It’s massive though so even after measuring a few times we were shocked at the space it consumes. No regrets though. Buy the set!!

Very pleased with this product. I ordered the High Kit which comes with all the add-ons but therefore came in eight separate boxes. The boxes arrived within 2 to 3 days which was well ahead of the estimated delivery date. Assembly was not complex, mostly just time intensive given all the bolts and parts to put together. Once together, everything seems very stable. I didn't have any issues with any parts fitting together. My kids absolutely love the playset.
