For the price, this thing cannot be beat. My husband and Iput it in my backyard.It looks gorgeous and totally makes the space seem inviting. I did not think it was difficult to put together - just a little time consuming.We did it all in 5 easy fun hours.. very sturdy, well built and you must always anchor it to the ground.. no matter where you live or like anything with a roof, a strong wind can’t damage.... highly recommend this gazebo.. it’s beautiful.

Ordered and received within a week. Was missing a part, but that was received within a couple of days after letting the company know. Great customer service, quality product and relatively easy set-up. Only issue with setting up the gazebo was our not reading the instructions correctly. Someone had noted in their review to read a few steps ahead during set up and now I know why.

One of the main roof beams was incorrectly made. I had to cut it apart, reweld and repaint to continue construction of the arbor. The printed Instructions are so tiny I has to blow them up and print to understand procedures! Hardware items were shrink wrapped to cardboard making it easy to determine what was what! The incorrect part was replaced by Modern Shade, though I had already fixed the incorrectly assembled roof "beam". The arbor is completed, looks great and my wife (Birthday gift for her) is quite happy as am I! I can recommend the arbor, though it is a bit of a project; but well worth the effort to complete!

This was easy to install with my step son. You do need to really look at the instructions but they are easy to follow. The two of us got this built in about 5 hours. I had opened the 3 boxes which were protecting everything well and layed everything out before we started. The packaging was very well done. It has been up for a month now and has easily survived multiple storms without any issues.

Beautiful ~ 10’ x 10’ sturdy gazebo kit was assembled by one person over approximately 1 1/2 days. Kit was packed / shipped well & the instructions were largely understandable. The LED lights are attractive, providing an opaque & non-glaring illumination. Unable to find the additional screening made by the same manufacturer & ended up purchasing a generic set which is functional but a little billowy when the wind blows. We would definitely purchase this gazebo again.

After much research for a gazebo I chose this 10x10 for two reasons: 1) price, 2) good customer reviews for the gazebo and customer service at Modern Shade. The gazebo arrived in 3 heavy boxes; great care was given to ensure minimal damage and everything was packed and protected well. We had the gazebo half built when we found we were missing parts. I called customer service and they sent the missing part within a week. I did tell the CSR that the instructions were barely legible and the diagrams are a bit confusing. They emailed me the file which I was able to print. I did suggest they have a link on their website with the instructions that their customers could download/print - which would be very convenient when their office is closed. I do think the instructions could be a little better showing which way the support beam holes are supposed to face, etc. It was a bit of a challenge building it because we had to loosen many of the screws to get other parts to fit but it all worked out in the end. All in all I'm very happy with the gazebo and plan on many years of putting it to good use.
