Our first review was not pleasant as our order was lost and then a second order was promised and never showed. We originally reviewed with 1 star cause you can’t give a zero. The sellers weren’t that great with timely communication but that could have been due to time zones. After some back and forth that occurred throughout an entire week, the seller not only refunded our order, but for the hassle and to save face they processed yet another order of these barstools, which we received today. Our kitchen was newly remodeled and these benches fit perfect with the bar. We desperately needed these for a large family dinner this evening and we were very excited to receive in time. These chairs make a beautiful addition to our kitchen bar. I am so happy I ordered these. They are a matte black and they look so much better than the glossy black bar stools I had before. The wooden seats don’t look like the fake wood either. The chairs rotate a complete 360 and stay wherever you rotate them to, so you’re not fighting with the retraction. 10/10!! ... show more

Very cute chairs. I got the stainless ones although they are more of a matte grey and not a stainless steel finish as I expected. Still look cute in my kitchen though. I love that they spin and fit perfectly under the ledge of my kitchen island. Not incredibly comfortable however. The seat is very small. Doesn’t bother me though as mostly my kids sit there or function as extra seating when people are over. I was annoyed however that several of the chairs had scrapes on the legs. Not super noticeable as I just turned those legs to face inward at the island. Great price for cute, functional stools. Very sturdy and easy to put together as well. Would recommend. ... show more

***update. The company contacted me after I left the review and offered to refund my money, which they did. Therefore I am changing my one star review to represent their customer service. First of all, these are not distressed white. They have a blue cast to them and they look horrible up against my white island in the kitchen. They are small in size and my 6”4” husband cannot use them. One of the chairs has a scratched seat. Returning them is a complete hassle as they want pictures etc because I mentioned the off color, but I still have to pay to ship them back. Very disappointed. I hesitated to buy because of the shipping costs and I wish I would have listened to j my y gut. ... show more

I received one of 2 sets ordered today. Pretty upset about a few things. A. Please be aware.... the seats are slippery!! This was not expected!! B. One of the chairs came damaged. One of the legs is totally bent. C. On the damaged chair, one of the feet is totally destroyed! How it was packaged like that is beyond me... And what sucks is the box says that extra feet are included, NOT!! I have reached out to the seller and hopefully they make it right. ... show more

The chairs were packed well. Each piece wrapped individually. Shipped quicker than anticipated which was great. They swivel with ease and the seats are comfortable enough for a quick meal or snack. Assembly of the backs took patience, lining up the screws and following instructions is important since the provided allen wrench is small to work with. They seem sturdy and for the price these were a great buy. My only other suggestion would be for them to change the color from blue to green. The color in the picture is accurate just not the description. Was hoping they would match my lt blue cabinets but still work with the beach colors. ... show more

Whereas these are adorable and just what I wanted looks wise, they are not comfortable and Have fallen apart in 3 months of medium use. If you plan on actually using them don’t expect much unless it’s for younger kids. The screws holding the backs in have all come out stripping the wood on the way out.
