The chair gets the job done but is certainly not what the pictures portray. The cushions are stiff, the material feels like old crepey skin, and there's a faint industrial smell that, in all fairness, would probably fade in time. Which leads me to the absolutely crazy-making return process, during which the vendor demands you pay to send it back to them and then gives you an address in California that not even Fedex can find. And since customer service for Amazon is of absolutely no help whatsoever, you wind up wanting to just eat the price and sell it yourself to recoup at least some of what you overspent on the thing. If you want something that looks vaguely like the pic and you truly don't care how it feels or what it looks like because you only sit in it to put on your shoes or something, knock yourself out. But if you have any doubt at all as to whether or not you may want this chair for the long haul, find something else. Once you buy it, it's yours (unless you live in Fontana and can physically drag the thing back to the lair from which it burst forth). XIZZI clearly makes it tough to return for a reason. ... show more

The chair legs are weak and angled awkwardly for proper long lasting support. I intend this chair for nightly reading, relaxing, and television enjoyment. As I move about in the chair it feels rigidity and unstable.
