With patience assembly is not difficult but takes time. “Light gray” is as pictured. We appreciate the drop-down table, with cup holders and charging ports. One customer praised it for its “deep side pockets” but might have been praising a different sofa since we haven’t found any yet. While the product description lists it as gray, I found that it leans more towards a beautiful blue hue—perfect if you're looking to add a bit of color to your space. The quality is exceptional; you can tell that it’s built to last. It has a very firm feel, which I initially found a little surprising. However, I quickly appreciated this firmness as it provides fantastic support. Assembly was straightforward, and the fabric seems durable, which is a huge plus for households with pets or children. Came in three large boxes, slightly damaged during shipping but no damage to product. Fabric is soft, bottom cushions are very stiff. Pillows and back rests are soft. Assembly was easy. Took about an hour to unbox and assemble. Some small pulls in fabric here and there and the seams for the side pieces seen to be pulling apart. Very small imperfections just being 100% honest. The couch sits high and you feel slightly tilted forward on the section without the chase. Once you pop up the ottoman up it is very comfortable to lounge on. I'll update the review after a few weeks of use. 9.11.24 UPDATE Couch is very small width wise. I'm 5'9 189 pounds and laying down on it normally, it feels like I'm going to fall off. The chase is very short and my feet almost hang off the end when sitting normally. I wouldn't buy this for an everyday, all the time use. If you are looking for an occasional use, place for guests to sleep, this is probably an OK option. Also, the usb and usb-c ports are terrible. I plugged my USB - C cord into it then into my phone and it said check your cable because there might be a problem. Tried another cable, same thing, barely charges the phone. Large, just what my family needed. The firmness does not bother us. It will stay firm longer. We love the pull out bed and the chaise. All four of us hold comfortably on it whether sitting or lying down. I thought 2 back rest were missing at first. However they are just hidden under the corner piece. The dark grey looks a bit like navy blue which is perfect since we were first searching for a dark blue couch. My husband says it was a piece of cake to set up. It’s a nice sleeper sofa for the game room. It was easy to put together,came in large boxes. The boxes that it came in all had scuffs and small rips. The only damage to the furniture was what is shown on the pictures. It’s too much of a hassle to send it back, so I’m going to keep it. Next time I buy furniture, I’ll buy it locally. ... show more

This couch took about 30-40 mins to assemble. Was pretty easy as my 14 year old put most of it together herself. She loves doing that stuff. The screws were for attaching the multiple legs for the couch. Some of which were just the hand screw in type. Instructions were easy to follow. It's also great because you can use the chase lounge on either side. The pieces just slide into each other using metal brackets. The pieces are lightweight and easy to put together. It is very firm (best for my back issues) but was fine to sleep on. I tested it the first night since we have guests coming soon. **Added pic of my youngest cat checking it for its napping quality before we put it together lol It came 8 days earlier than it originally said it would. It arrived in 3 boxes that easily fit in through my apartment door. ... show more
