I'm almost two years into owning this chair. It's in my office. It's gorgeous. It also has a very wobbly arm that is not wobbling due to a loose bolt, it's wobbling because the arm isn't solidly attached solidly to the frame somewhere inside the seat. It doesn't see a ton of use, certainly less than daily. I expect a chair of this price not only to look good but to have quality construction and last more than 2 years of mild use.

This review has been updated: First off, the chair itself (the upholstered part) is a beautiful teal color and covered in very nice leather. The base seems to be made nicely and the wheels secure easily. The chair is comfortable (based on limited use) Be warned that the back of this chair is very tall. I am 5'6'' and have to sit really straight and up to be comfortable. This aspect of the chair cannot be adjusted. Update: after a couple of weeks of use, I find the chair quite comfortable for my height even with the tall back, but would definitely recommend for tall people. That being said, the accessories provided with the chair seem to be poorly fitting and made of very cheap material, which is frankly unacceptable with such an expensive piece of furniture. One issue is that the screws and screw holes are not a great fit and this is very obvious where the arm-rests attach - it was impossible to secure one of the armrests fully so that it continues to wobble no matter how tight the screw is put in. Another issue is that the plastic screw covers for the armrests are made of some type of really cheap plastic and are not a good fit. I managed to secure only one of them nicely without trouble. The other two are secured, but not fitting well, and the fourth one just snapped in half during my attempt to secure a better fit. It took some time to figure out how the back tilt mechanism of the chair works - at the end of the day, it seems that the resistance of the back should be adjusted to the lowest possible setting to make sure the chair tilts back. Customer service was not responsive when contacted by phone, but responded when contacted via amazon. So far they have been accommodating in their responses - will update when issues are resolved. Update: customer service was excellent in resolving issues, they sent me complementary screws and plastic screw covers, and I’m happy to report I was able to secure the armrests with the new screws in a way that they no longer wobble. I added a star for customer service.

To start of, I'll echo what other's have said: the chair itself is as beautiful as the pictures and is made of very high-end material. Though the chair itself is very well made, the other assembly parts....not so much. The holes weren't fully made in the leather, making putting in the arm rest screws a long endeavor; and the screw covers were cheap plastic and one literally did not fit at all (a common issue mentioned in the other reviews). I will say that this chair is built for a VERY specific height range - and it should be noted in their product description. Myself being 6'1, this chair fits perfectly; however, if you're not in the range of 5'10 to 6'3, this chair likely will not be comfortable. I'll also add that this chair takes some getting used to. During my first day having it, I swear I thought I was going to return it because of the posture it made me sit in. After about 3 days or so, I could easily say this is the best chair I have ever owned and worth every penny; it as, as many before have said, like sitting in an Audi A6. I would highly recommend it (granted you're between 5'10 and 6'3).

I ordered the teal colored chair, and am very pleased. An envelope from Zuri arrived the next day, and the chair itself surprisingly arrived 3 days early (the tracking on Amazon was for the envelope, not the actual chair unfortunately). It arrived in good shape, although the roller wheels had punched a hole in the cardboard. It was challenging to assemble, in that the holes in the vinyl (I don't think it's leather on the surfaces you don't contact while sitting in the chair) and padding were off ~1/4" from where the screws go in. It took my husband and I assisting about 55 minutes to assemble (and he's assembled several chairs like this before). I would not have been able to do this on my own, as required more strength to pull the fabric and padding out of the way with the screw and line it up and actually thread the screw. But once assembled, it fit very well and feels quite solid. I've been sitting in this chair daily for several hours (4-10 total) for two weeks now, and really like it. The padding is firm. The color is as represented. I'm 5'9" and I had to raise the seat a bit for proper body alignment, so I think it would work for shorter people. My husband is 6'7" and the back is too short for him. One feature I particularly like is the seat is all one piece - I don't have to worry about the back breaking off from the seat. I am enjoying the leather - quite pampering - and shouldn't fall apart like bonded leather. I'd recommend this chair especially if you have the manpower to assemble it.
