Very beautiful. We got the 47 inch one. Beware, it is very heavy. My husband held it up while our handyman drilled it in. He said it was easily 80 pounds that he was holding overhead. Once you get past that, it's just patiently hanging on the crystals. It took our handyman 3 hours from start to finish. My husband only helped with putting the heavy bottom piece up. Is it beautiful? It is gorgeous and totally worth the price. I just hope it lasts a long time! ... show more

ordered the 32 inch gold. Waited 4 weeks to receive it but the Manuel had a different measurements than the website. Needed to assemble a lot of parts to figure out the actual height, which didn’t want to do. Decided to return it. Item was picked up by ups 5 weeks ago. Still in the process of receiving the refund.     • Heavy and needs 2-3 guys to lift up if you are going for flush mount

This chandelier is quite heavy and delicate. The holes you drill must be able to support its weight. The installation requires careful handling when lifting it for a flush mount. This chandelier is beautiful and it came well packaged, even so there were some chips on a couple crystals. There are included replacement crystals if needed. The issue I had was the unfortunate instructions! It had 3 different chandelier pictures on the cover and only one was mentioned in the instructions. This comes with everything needed, but it can get really confusing when the instruction is based on a different product. The mounting plate has so be unscrewed, and is not a cross mounting plate as shown in the instructions (it’s round). It’s also a bit flimsy, but more secure once backed to the wall. It took our handy man (my step dad) about an hour and a half from opening the package to being fully done, taking a few breaks to gripe about the instructions and give us updates. Once installed, the remote connection was super easy. I don’t like how it has the customer service info boldly on the remote. It also has a QR code on the remote too. Very cheap design but it works! We’ll stick that in the drawer and use the app bc it’s a lot easier. ... show more

We ordered the 47in. Grateful I had a lift available because this bad boy is heavy. We installed it in our commercial space with an exposed ceiling. It’s bigger in person.
