I ordered two chairs with the longer legs. Customer service sent me an email to confirm that I indeed wanted the longer legs, and I realized I should have ordered the short legs instead. I really appreciated the seller being so pro active, as I was very happy with the decisions to get the short legs. The seats look amazing in our kitchen and the quality looks great - sturdy and comfortable.

These are so nice! They ended up matching my dark grey cabinets pretty good. I wanted something that was sturdy but also elegant and these are it. They say they can hold up to 400 lbs and I weigh 240. Although the seating seems comfortable it’s a snug fit for me with my wide hips. I still love them though! They are not velvet just to be clear. Very easy to put together.

Love these chairs and they are not only aesthetically pleasing they are comfortable. Most importantly great customer service and support. I was contacted after the purchase to ensure I wanted the height I chose for counter island, with pictures attached with the 2 options at a counter island. I ultimately changed the height. Then after opening the boxes 1 of the chairs had a stain and in less then 5 day after contacting the supplier I received a new chair.

The chairs are great quality, just like the photos. At first a bad situation turned great. I received a defective chair and had to send it back. I didn’t realize seller provided a label and so shipped on my own which was very frustrating since it wasn’t my fault I got a defective chair with wrong parts. Well the seller changed everything around for me , not only sent a new chair within days , they also refunded me for my postage cost. I would highly highly recommend getting these chairs , they fit my kitchen super nice . Also super grateful to seller for the EXCELLENT customer service!!!
