The media could not be loaded. Love these! They were shipped well, instructions were straightforward, packaging was great. It was fairly easy to put these together. Took maybe 3-5 minutes per chair, simply because it took a bit of time to remove the wrapping. I’m sitting on one as I speak and it’s so comfortable and soft. The color and size is great and is a perfect pop of color against my neutral white kitchen. Very pleased with my purchase!

These chairs are super chic and light! Had an issue with one where the hole was bent shut and the manufacturer shipped us new chairs free of charge!

We had these chairs for a year while living in a generic apartment complex. They were pretty comfortable but a few of the screws would always come loose so eventually had to in some aluminum to snug up the holes.

Absolutely LOVE these counter height stools!! The shipment came very quickly and they are so comfortable and stylish!! I get compliments on them all the time. I ordered 4. When I first got them in, they were in two separate boxes. One set was shorter than the other set. I messaged the seller and they sent me two more and were very apologetic. It seems they had an older version and a newer version. I didn’t have to send the older version back so I can use the cushions as backup as they were the same size. Just a shorter frame. They were very easy to work with and fast delivery. These are also VERY easy to put together. Just 6 screws. I recommend these chairs from THIS seller! I will definitely keep them in mind for future furniture purchases!

Updated: GrandNoor took care of it right away! Excellent and prompt customer service. The chairs themselves are beautiful but I think I received a defective item and can’t return it. One steel frame is missing a screw hole and both frames don’t align with one very key hole or screw, making the chair not the stable. I’ve taken it apart two or three times just to see if I can fix the problem and I cant. There is no contact for Grand noor. I contacted Amazon to solve the issue but they could offer no solution besides a refund. I live on a fourth floor walk up so this would require disassembling the chair, finding a box, walking down the stairs and walking down the street to return it and I’m a tiny petite woman.

The first time I ordered these they were lost in transit so I never received them. The second time I ordered them I only got one chair that came with no instructions or screws to assemble the chair. I’m really bummed bc the chair I did receive (can’t put it together bc there’s no screws) seems really nice. I would really like to get the whole product but I’m hesitant from ordering a third time. I have three stars bc the chair seems like it would be great if I had all the pieces.
