They arrived on time, factory packaging was protective of all parts, instructions were simple, and easy to put together. Comfortable seats and seem well stitched. Stable once put together. I highly recommend these stools and at such a good price point. Seller sends an email once purchased stating how to contact with any issues. We recently purchased a set of 4 of these bar stools and overall, we’re very happy with the purchase. They arrived well-packaged, with plenty of protection to prevent shipping damage. Assembly was straightforward and quick – each stool went together without any issues. The design is modern and the cushions are comfortable with great support. They look fantastic in our space and are just the right height for our counter. That said, there were two minor issues: one of the stool legs had a small ding, and there was a bit of loose stitching on one of the seats. Nothing major, but worth noting. So far, they’re holding up well — if they don’t stand the test of time with small children, I’ll be sure to update this review. But for now, they’ve been a great addition to our home and we’re very pleased with the value!
