To give some perspective, I bought these for a table I made out of a cable spool that is in my man cave. They are replacing a set of low end Walmart stools that actually cost more than these do. These were extremely easy to assemble. If you can follow picture instructions and turn screws with the provided hex wrench, you're golden. The seat is soft and comfortable, but not too soft. How long the padding lasts remains to be seen. The pistons operate well and the foot rest is at a good distance from the seat. It is comfortable for me at 6'1" and my wife at 5'0". The upholstery seems like it will clean easily. The sturdiness isn't quite as robust as I expected, but by no means does the stool feel unsafe or like it may topple over. There's no sway in the base at all. I gave a 4 on comfort because the seat backs are a little more upright than my last set but not so much as to make me feel like I'm leaning forward or 100% of my weight is firmly planted on my spine. I don't think this is something I would purchase for my kitchen or a counter height dining table, but for sitting around the man cave drinking a few beers with my buddies, these are a suitable and comfortable fit for me. I recommend them for someone just starting out with their own place or living on a budget and looking for reasonable seating with a modern look at a reasonable price. These are definitely an upgrade for me at a lower price, very suitable for my purpose and I feel like it was money well spent.

These are super easy to assemble. Took me less than five minutes for both. They’re comfortable but the only drawback is they’re not that sturdy. They feel a little off-balance and wobbly. But as long as you’re not completely stupid while sitting on them I doubt you’ll fall over.

These chars are stylish and very cost effective. However, you cannot move too fast on these or there is a risk you will tip over. They are outrageously lightweight. You get what you pay for, and for the price I paid these are decent. If you want something stable with no risk of falling over, look elsewhere.

We love these stools - they look great and were easy to assemble. The back is low but is just perfect for relaxing. The pleather is nice and easy to wipe down if needed. The pleather is not thin, but not thick either - a cat claw would cut it. They have a foot bar and are solidly made. We have had them for 5 months now and they still look like new. Highly recommend.

I set these bar stools up and noticed they were a little wobbly, but didn’t think much of it because they aren’t terribly high off the ground and they’re adjustable.. until one night when my cats were chasing and playing around the stools, my 2 month old kitten, who was my heart, jumped onto the stool causing it to fall and it crushed him. It landed on him and crushed his neck and back and other details I won’t mention here. Needless to say I was a screeching mess the entire way to the animal hospital. They had to put him down. He wouldn’t have lived a comfortable life even with all the money in the world. I’m still not over it and I suggest to anyone looking at these, please reconsider if you have small children or pets. I don’t wish that experience on anyone.

They’re good stools for what you pay for. Comfortable and medium sturdy. I wouldn’t abuse them much. My first order actually arrived missing one complete stool .lol. Amazon was great, immediately sending out a new order free no questions asked. New order arrived in two days and was perfect.

Love the look of these chairs but the material is not good quality. I have kids so they are not durable as they are already ripped! only had them a few months and already scratched!! Definitely get what you pay for so I guess I can’t be too surprised!

This is exactly like the picture. I had my 13 & 16 yr old put it together. It’s sturdy but like all stools if you hanging off it you will tilt. I RECOMMEND this, and will be buying it again soon
