This Patio Set is a pile of garbage. The cushions are extremely thin and uncomfortable. The "Wicker" look is plastic and looks cheap. It comes in two boxes requiring manual assembly. In doing so, the plastic "Wicker" comes loose making me regret the purchase immediately. Now the worst part. The seller of this product forces the buyer through a series of hoops to return. Yes, this product is cheap, BUT you get what you pay for and not worth it. You will be struggling to return it, just like me. The attached photograph is the "Boxed" parts trying to return. You will probably join me in the effort! Update: I have tried for over a month to make the “easy return”. I have made several emails that aren’t returned. The provided service phone numbers are disconnected or just plain the wrong business (where voice mail isn’t established). The last email from them said that their business isn’t open on weekends, but they didn’t return my message on Monday either. Update 2: It has been two months of trying to work with the company. They are basically ignoring me now with the goal of my going away. The image below is one of many just like it where they say they will get back with me. They haven't. It is my strong advise to anyone looking to purchase an outdoor sofa, choose the other one! ... show more
