I am 6'3" tall at around 250 pounds with Congestive Heart Failure. The Folo mobility scooter is way better than I had even hoped. I use it to ride around the zoos where I am a volunteer photographer. I rode it four days in a row and never used more than one fourth of the battery power. I never felt like it was too small. I had to put it in the trunk of a rental car and it fit just fine. I usually use my SUV so I was really hoping and I was not disappointed. I will be taking it on an airplane soon and expect to ride it right up to the door of the plane, take out the battery, fold it up and gate check it. The battery comes in the plane cabin with me since it is Lithium, but lightweight. It only takes me about ten seconds to fold it up and most of that is loosening and retightening the knob that releases the steering column. I should mention that it does slow down when making tight turns, but I should really do that anyway.

I really am enjoying my scooter. I have taken it to Disneyland and California adventure and each time I have come home with battery remaining and that is after being there from open to close. The only reason I give it four stars is because it is hard to get my Knees up on it. I feel like if the front was a little flatter, it would be easier. The front is slightly raised so when I bend my knee as much as I can, there is not much lake space.I have had both knees replaced and it is hard to bend and I am 5 foot three. However, I am close to the weight limit. It does a great job of getting around and going uphill. It has plenty of speed. It was very simple to get out of the box and put together. Charging is very easy. The zipper bag that goes on the front was hard to get on. it is very lightweight and as a woman I can lift it into the back of my SUV. it is also a little hard on the bumps. It would be nice if there could be some tires that had a little more cushion.

Just got this mobility scooter and I’m blown away by two things: the space and how easy it turns! I’m a taller person, and I used to feel cramped in other scooters, but this one gives me plenty of room for my legs. No more hunching or squeezing in, total comfort for long rides. What truly surprises, though, is how smoothly it turns. It glides through narrow hallway doorways, and even navigates tight corners in grocery store aisles without hesitation. No more struggling to pivot or backtrack. It feels light, not clunky, so every turn feels natural, not forced. For anyone who needs a scooter that’s roomy and agile, this is a winner. Highly recommend!

As someone who’s 5’10” with a longer inseam, I’ve often had to hunch or adjust my feet awkwardly on other models just to fit, but this scooter fixes that problem entirely. The leg space here is genuinely impressive. The footrest itself is wide enough to accommodate both feet comfortably. What I love most is that it doesn’t sacrifice stability for space, even when I stretch my legs a little (something I could never do before), the scooter stays balanced, whether I’m gliding through grocery store aisles or cruising along neighborhood sidewalks. I even let my 6’2” brother test it out, and he was shocked at how he didn’t have to tuck his knees up to his chest like he does on his own scooter. He joked that it felt like “sitting in a small car with actual legroom”, high praise from someone who’s struggled with mobility aids for years. Beyond the legroom, the scooter checks all the other boxes: it has a smooth ride over minor bumps, the battery lasts over 15 miles on a single charge (perfect for my weekly errands), and the seat is padded enough for 2-hour trips without discomfort. The controls are intuitive too, my 78-year-old mom picked it up in 5 minutes, which was a huge relief. But let’s be real: the spacious leg area is what sold me. No more stopping every 30 minutes to stretch, no more numbness in my calves. This scooter is worth every penny. Good-so far. Would like the bag to swing around to driver’s side cause accessibility is not that great otherwise (can’t get to things or zip closed/open easily). Needs gripping areas for loading and unloading into vehicle.

I bought this mobility scooter for my mom. What I love most is how easy it is to fold, mom can do it by herself, no heavy lifting or complicated steps. And the control panel is simple with big, clear buttons, so she never fumbles with settings. We take it to the park, the pharmacy, even road trips, fits right in the back of our SUV without taking up too much space, way lighter than the old scooter we had. It’s stable enough for sidewalks but still compact, which makes navigating busy stores a breeze for her. Overall, I'm glad I bought this scooter.
