One of the lightest foldable scooters I've ever seen and so easy to handle. I'm 76 and not very strong, but I can easily lift it in and out of my car. Really great value. There are cheaper scooters, but they're super heavy. This one is much easier to handle and folds up really easily. Perfect for trips, fits in elevators, and rides smoothly on flat ground. I'm 5'7" and it's just the right size. Customer service is fantastic too. They helped me with every little question. Buying it was a very wise choice.

This scooter was an excellent decision for my mother’s needs. All of the features are exactly as described, and assembly was minimal and very easy. The folding design makes traveling convenient—it light in wt, and fits nicely in a car trunk. The batteries are long-lasting, and having two provides peace of mind that they won’t run out during outings. The speed is adjustable, appropriate for indoor and outdoor use, and the scooter handles turns, bumps and grass with ease. It operates quietly and smoothly. I highly recommend this scooter—it is well worth the price. I am a new customer to ScootNGo. I recently bought the ScootNGo Lite scooter for a family 2-week land and cruise trip to Greece and Italy. What I was looking for in a scooter was: 1. Lightweight so it could easily be lifted into vehicles; 2. One that folds without disassembly to get it into a vehicle and store out of the way; 3. Battery approved for airline transportation; 4. Enough battery power to last for several hours, could do inclines and handle different terrains; 5. Reasonable speed 3-4 mph; 6. A scooter that is comfortable for my 6’ 3”, 200 lbs body; 7. Price point that didn’t break the bank. I looked at several scooters on Amazon. I even stopped a couple of people and asked them about their scooter. I choose your ScootNGo because it met most of my list and was affordable. After using it for two weeks on our trip, I must say it did great. There was no problem taking it on the airline. We did need to remove the batteries to carry them with us on the plane. The speed is good and easily outpace my walking family. The scooter had plenty of power to go up ramps and go over most transition thresholds. The ride on the cobblestone streets and walkways was bumpy but the scooter and seat cushion took them in stride. During the day of tours, it usually only needed one of the two batteries. We got very positive comments from the tour drivers about how easy the scooter was to fold and store. At the end of our trip, my daughter said the scooter was a great investment and helped me really enjoy the trip. The scooter really did make my vacation much more enjoyable. I could not have done what I did using my walker.

I have a friend that purchased one so I got to try it first and decided to get the same kind. This is by far the most convenient and easy-to-use mobility scooter I've ever had. I chose this one because I can handle it myself. It folds up easily, and no trouble at all to load it into the car. I can put and take it out on my own without any help. Whether I'm going shopping, running errands, or even heading to the airport, it makes everything so much easier. I can even bring it on the plane. The Scootngo is the ideal solution for almost anyone needing assistance in mobility. It folds compactly for travel and is simple to set up and go. Living in a resort city with a large number of seniors, I see many Scootngos in casinos, restaurants, malls and parks which is the primary reason I purchased one. This is a really great scooter! The battery lasts forever and I love that there’s 2 batteries that come with it and that the extra battery stores in the scooter. When we spent the day at Dollywood we were able to swap batteries quickly and easily. The first one took a day and a half at the park to die. It also folds up so compact so it’s easy to fit in my vehicle. We’re very happy we found this!

I’ve only owned one scooter prior to this one and this one if far superior in every aspect. The batteries are extremely light and you get two of them as well. One as a built in backup is great for peace of mind. It’s extremely compact, so it makes for easy turning. Really gets up and goes as it has a maximum speed of 5 mph. When folded, it’s small enough to fit into the trunk of a small car. Overall, I plan on using this type of scooter for the rest of my life. It’s perfect in every aspect.
