I was going to wait a month or two before giving a review but this scooter makes me smile, I absolutely love it so far. Now I just received it on May the 26th and it's just May the 28th lol. I haven't really rode it anywhere yet I just rode it in my house and to my mail box which is like a half a block away from me so not too far at all. I can't do a lot of walking so I'm hoping this scooter really hold up. I'm planning on being outside this summer with my son so I'm just so grateful to this company for putting out affordable scooters that ppl who can't get one thru their insurance company can actually afford to purchase one on their own. So thank you so very much for that. Now the scooter is really fast which is amazing and it was very easy to put together because it mostly come put together you just have to do a little. Also I love that they give you 3 keys to it , the color is beautiful I got red. Now even know I love this scooter so far I have to say the seat is a little uncomfortable but I'm a big person so that's ok not a big deal, also you don't have a lot of foot room another thing that's ok with me because I'm 5'3 , also it's heavy so you will definitely need someone to help put it in your car which is understandable because it's a heavy duty scooter. It's short but heavy lol..... Over all I would definitely recommend this and I thank this company for a wonderful machine. Now like I said I only had it for two days and I'm hoping it's a really good scooter, I probably would do an update later on but right now I give this a big 10 I love it! I'm a big girl and this scooter really goes fast so be careful with it

Great product, not for tall people.

Okay, don’t get me wrong. I’m probably going to return this but it works great. The speed is way faster than I thought, and it came charged so I was able to test and use it right away. Installation was super simple. I’m at the end of the weight this scooter can handle, but it easily fits through doors even with my frame. I love that the seat turns so I can get in and out more easily. It is a little heavy for putting into my trunk, but I just have my fiancée position the front tires and lift the butt. The reason I am going to return this scooter is because I am pretty tall. At 6’1”, my fiancée joked that I looked like a Mario cart character. I had to put my feet on the plastic frame above the wheels. It worked, but due to my height, the once comfortable seat began to hurt my back and legs. Whenever I was parked and my long legs were on the ground, I felt much better. I cannot use the mobility cart as expected because of my height. If I was around 5’8, it would feel much better I’m sure.

I am overweight so this was the option I went for due to the weight limit. Even though I'm not that right, I was more comfortable getting a higher limit just for comfort sake. Got it 6 days early and I am very comfortable using it. The only thing I might say negative is the leg room is very little. I'm 5'9 and it is a tight fit but it's all worth being able to enjoy time out with my family again due to severe back issues. I am beyond happy with my purchase. Only thing that would have made it better is if purple was an option 😁 thank you for having this as an option for overweight people. I also had to contact customer service and the response time was excellent and they were very kind. Also the ease of putting it together and being able to take it outside and fold down to go in the back of the suv. Amazing.

I was very unhappy with this scooter it really does not stand up to what it says about being heavy duty. The seat is the same size as a normal scooter I can now put my feet on the floor very uncomfortable and it did not feel safe. But the somewhere of the scooter we're very understanding and helpful making it right for me. I give the scooter a one star but I give the company a five star.

It have great movement and speed. However I purchased because the weight limit would be more durable for me. However I weigh 75 pounds less than the limit and the seat is so small. Should be a bigger seat for plus size Mobility scooter.

I feel secure how sturdy this scooter is and when it run. I go over slopes, hills, and dips in grass no problem. I use it to walk my dogs. There are different speeds, which is convenient. I am on the heavier side and the arm rest as able to be adjusted to fit my entire body. The leg room is enough for me to stretch. There is a basket which can be used for storage and can be removed to take around. The battery last me an entire week and I leave it charging overnight and will be full in the morning when I go to use it. It comes with an extra key, which is nice. Just in case, I lose it. The installation of the seat and arm rest requires no tools at all. Everything else is ready to use right out the box. The seat is padded and you feel comfortable for sitting for long period of time.
