I was going to wait a month or two before giving a review but this scooter makes me smile, I absolutely love it so far. Now I just received it on May the 26th and it's just May the 28th lol. I haven't really rode it anywhere yet I just rode it in my house and to my mail box which is like a half a block away from me so not too far at all. I can't do a lot of walking so I'm hoping this scooter really hold up. I'm planning on being outside this summer with my son so I'm just so grateful to this company for putting out affordable scooters that ppl who can't get one thru their insurance company can actually afford to purchase one on their own. So thank you so very much for that. Now the scooter is really fast which is amazing and it was very easy to put together because it mostly come put together you just have to do a little. Also I love that they give you 3 keys to it , the color is beautiful I got red. Now even know I love this scooter so far I have to say the seat is a little uncomfortable but I'm a big person so that's ok not a big deal, also you don't have a lot of foot room another thing that's ok with me because I'm 5'3 , also it's heavy so you will definitely need someone to help put it in your car which is understandable because it's a heavy duty scooter. It's short but heavy lol..... Over all I would definitely recommend this and I thank this company for a wonderful machine. Now like I said I only had it for two days and I'm hoping it's a really good scooter, I probably would do an update later on but right now I give this a big 10 I love it! I'm a big girl and this scooter really goes fast so be careful with it

Okay, don’t get me wrong. I’m probably going to return this but it works great. The speed is way faster than I thought, and it came charged so I was able to test and use it right away. Installation was super simple. I’m at the end of the weight this scooter can handle, but it easily fits through doors even with my frame. I love that the seat turns so I can get in and out more easily. It is a little heavy for putting into my trunk, but I just have my fiancée position the front tires and lift the butt. The reason I am going to return this scooter is because I am pretty tall. At 6’1”, my fiancée joked that I looked like a Mario cart character. I had to put my feet on the plastic frame above the wheels. It worked, but due to my height, the once comfortable seat began to hurt my back and legs. Whenever I was parked and my long legs were on the ground, I felt much better. I cannot use the mobility cart as expected because of my height. If I was around 5’8, it would feel much better I’m sure.

The foot rest is only 10 inches long not so comfortable when your shoe size is 12. This detail should have been part of the descriptions.

I’ve been using this mobility scooter for a little while now and it’s made getting around a lot easier. The controls are simple, the seat is comfortable, and the battery has held up well for everyday use like going to appointments, stores, or just spending more time outside without getting tired as quickly. One thing I appreciate is that it feels steady and easy to maneuver without being too complicated. The ride is smooth enough for sidewalks and indoor spaces, and it’s been reliable so far. Overall, it’s helped make day-to-day life more manageable and given me a bit more freedom to move around comfortably.
