So far, the MS02-F 30-mile scooter has been great for theme parks, museums, and zoos. The 30Ah battery pack has plenty of power to get through a full day, but having a second battery on standby is a great addition, especially if there are a lot of hills. The battery is also very easy to swap. Speaking of hills, the 350W motor has enough torque to give you the confidence to tackle some pretty good inclines. I also really like the variable throttle control, where the speed changes depending on how much you squeeze the throttle. It makes the scooter very easy and natural to control. Maybe even more important than everything else I mentioned is the customer support. The Ecomobi team has been top tier. They respond quickly, are helpful, and most importantly, actually provide satisfying solutions. My life has truly changed since my Ecomobi MS02-F arrived. I used to have to turn down invitations to go out because I knew my legs wouldn't hold up, but those days are over. I just spent a wonderful afternoon at Bush Gardens, and for the first time in years, I didn't have to worry about where the next bench was. I was able to see all the flowers and hidden paths that I usually have to skip. What makes this scooter special for me: True Independence: I don't have to wait for someone to help me. I can unfold it myself in seconds and I'm ready to roll. Incredible Maneuverability: It handled the winding garden paths and tight corners perfectly. It’s very easy to steer, even in crowded areas. This little unit has really helped my mother. It still has a full charge after 4 days. Was easy to assemble (for my SIL). We live on a farm, and she has been driving it through gravel, grass and over small concrete berms and hoses. We would definitely recommend.

I absolutely love my new scooter. It was easily assembled once I figured the seat out and being a 72 year old woman who lives alone it was actually harder to get out of the box than it was to put it together. I haven’t been able to walk much at all since Christmas and it has been a dream because with it being springtime I’m now able to get out and about and truly enjoy myself without the pain of trying to walk. I actually thought there was an issue with the seat so I called the manufacturer the day after I got it but I figured out it was my problem not theirs. Their technician contacted me early the next morning just as I realized what I was doing wrong but I was glad I called them because it showed me if I ever do have a problem they will be right there to help me. I would totally recommend my lil MS01 to anyone who has mobility issues. To be honest, one of the reasons I chose this one is because I love pink but I checked out many scooters and read many reviews before choosing this one and I’m so glad I went with this one. P.S. I received the Ecomobi ms02 a couple of weeks ago and I took it out for a couple days of activities at the disney parks. On my second day at the parks at the end of the day, it began to make a strange noise. I contacted customer support and they are fixing the issue. The scooter itself is very nice, Comfortable, and battery life is incredible, very easy to maneuver and get In-N-Out of your vehicle. I would give it 5 stars if not for the one hiccup. ... show more
