Excellent Portable Scooter
I highly recommend this scooter if you are looking for a lightweight, foldable scooter that will easily fit in the back of a car, suv, or truck, and is compact enough for airplane and cruise travel as it fits within the required specs. Upon purchase, the seller contacted me with some tips and to keep me updated with the shipment. I even received a text message with additional information. The package arrived in great shape and the contents were well packed. It was easy to install the armrests, cushions, anti-tip wheels, drive/neutral lever, and front basket using the supplied hardware and tools. They even included extra hardware should it be needed in the future. The only downside for me is the seat cushion is a little hard for me. But I am able to fix that using a purple seat cushion on top which makes all the difference.

I waited a few days before writing this review to be sure everything was OK. Unpacking and assembly was easy. Nearly assembled out of the box. Two screws for each armrest and 2 screws to attach the Drive/ neutral lever. Of course, I installed the armrest mounts upside down but that was my fault. The pictures are very clear. The tools were included. I turned it on and the power lever showed full charge but we plugged it in until the light on the charger turned green. We rode it around the house for a few minutes and loved it. Yesterday was the big test. We took it to a local flea market. Putting it in the Toyota Rav 4 was easy. We just set in and turned it sideways. At the flea market, I rode it for almost 3 hours and it was perfect. The last thing was about a 1 block run back to the car. I ran it full speed. The battery level bar on the dashboard was still on 4 bars, it never moved. Overall, it a fantastic scooter. I absolutely love it. The factory support people contacted me before it shipped and when I replied they responded very quickly. I would highly recommend this scooter. A couple of minor things..... The storage bag under the seat did not mount quite like the picture but it snapped in fine using a different mounting bar. None of the scooters come with mirrors so it's hard to see behind you. I order a pair from Amazon and installed them today. I bought the 30 mile version which has 2 batteries. I think it's worth the small difference. 10 stars for this one.

Well built scooter
High quality scooter that is well built. Easy to operate and runs well. Is in fact lightweight. Have not had it on street at this point. Two relatively small issues: seat latches require a lot of strength to release, and the operators manual does not provide detailed assembly instructions. CAUTION: the tab in the female battery cable receptacle is not sufficient size to prevent inadvertently reversing the terminals when attaching the cable to the motor. If reversed may cause damage.

Great scooter, GREAT COMPANY!!!!!
Just received my new scooter this morning, so I don’t have a lot of experience using it yet. BUT .. this is not my first rodeo. (I bought a more expensive scooter a few years ago, which has turned into a giant paperweight for my garage because of technical issues for which I received ZERO support. Nor can I find a soul in Sacramento who is willing to work on it). But THIS little jewel … Right out of the box, I am so impressed with this scooter and this company!! I received a text from them in advance of delivery, welcoming me and giving a few tips for getting started. The shipment was super speedy and it arrived a full 3 days before expected. I’m a 64 year old woman, and I had no problem setting it up by myself. The company phone number and email was everywhere I looked, so I couldn’t have questioned how to go about reaching them for support .. but it wasn’t needed, because the instructions are clear, precise, and written in English. There were also QR codes to link me to videos and product support. The scooter is lightweight but very solid. I’m not a skinny person but I fit on it just fine and it feels sturdy and secure. The batteries were fully charged out of the box. I’ve only buzzed around my home so far, but it’s easy to operate and very responsive. I have no doubt that I’m going to enjoy using it for all sorts of reasons in all sorts of places. If you’re looking for a very nice scooter for a very reasonable price, and you want to know where to turn for help if you need it, this is it! I’m so happy with my experience at this point, I just cant give the company a high enough review. I’ll be doing an update later on after using the scooter for a couple of months.

Lightweight and quick/ easy assembly.
I have had two more expensive scooters. This is by far my favorite. I like every thing about it. The other ones are great for use around my community, and they disassemble, but each one the four sections are as heavy as this entire scooter with two batteries. If you need a scooter for traveling, shopping, going to the Doctor, this is perfect. I simply take it out of the back of my car, set it on the ground. Then raise the seat to a lock position, then raise the steering handle to a comfortable angle and turn a small knob at the base. Viola. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with this scooter. I have severe COPD and any strenuous activity just makes me so winded. This is a lifesaver!!!

Unresponsive seller
The scooter does not have labeled instructions on how to plug up battery. We bought scooter brand new plugged it in and the battery shorted. Reached out to the seller they sent the wrong size battery and now won't return our messages. I paid over $600 for a scooter we cannot use and cannot find a replacement battery for.

Nice scooter
This is a very nice scooter. Well worth the cost. It is easy to use and has a lot of places to store things as well as a phone charger. I’ve had scooters before that were heavy and did not fold down so nicely as this one does. I keep it folded in a closet when not in use. It also fits well in the back of my small SUV. The seller is very good at communication and supportive. I bought this for visiting friends and relatives who are not up to walking long distances. A friend used this when we went to Disney Epcot. The rest of us ended up walking nine miles so the scooter went the same distance. As night fell the headlight was very helpful. Others told us they admired how bright it was.

I truly enjoy it.
I really like this. I cannot stand or walk far. I only gave it four stars I wish the seat was a little more comfortable. But that is a me problem. It is definitely lightweight! And when I say lightweight I mean that in a good way.
