I love this scooter I took it to the fair used it all day into the evening.it came fully charged and held that charge all day of use and still enough charge to go again the next day.The seat is very comfortable I have a van I was able to load it and unload it by my self I don’t have a loading lift on my van either I’m a 73 year old women it drove though gravel paths cement walks and lawn with no problems. Very flimsy, not well made at all. The basket falls apart and not strong enough to carry much of anything. The seat will not tighten up and I don't trust it. The armrests are too high. The only way I can ride in it is with my knees severely bent up. Not comfortable for me and I am a short person. Maybe it is made for a child. Now I see why it was so cheap. I learned my lesson.
