I have had this scooter for several months now and it has exceeded my expectations. It is very comfortable and well made. The steering wheel is very easy to adjust. We fold the handlebar down onto the seat and gently lower the seat back onto them. That results in a low profile that fits easily into the back of most vehicles. When using Ubers it easily goes into the back of a Toyota Sienna and it’s easy for 2 people to lift and maneuver. It fit well into every kind of SUV. The battery lasts a long time. We spent 2 days scooting around the St. Louis zoo and the battery wasn’t showing any signs of discharge. It showed a full charge on the second day and I used it for several days after that. The scooter is well designed and foolproof for geezers like me. I am once again enjoying long excursions and outings with my family and my grandchildren ❣️

Recently, I've undergone a couple of surgeries that left me in need of a mobility device. I did my research and found that Metro Mobility M1 Lite fit the bill perfectly. It was a great value and it included all of what I wanted in a mobility scooter. BARIHO Service Team delivered the scooter early via FedEx ( for my area) and assembly took 15 minutes! These are the features I really liked: 1. Heavy duty, yet light weight. 2. Included 8" wheels, wheras many scooters that I compared that were hundreds of dollars more had 7" or even 6" wheels. 3. Very easy to manauever. 4. Simple and concise control panel 5. 9-10 mile range threshold (I bought the M1 LITE, but you can, for not much more, order the M1 that gives you larger battery and extended range 16 miles). For me max distance is only 3 miles or less roundtrip and the battery is small enough and lightweight enough to easily remove to charge. You don't have to, you can charge onboard, of course. 6. Fast battery recharge, not even overnight. 7. I won't dissemble it, but it folds and breaks down into 3 pieces, so you can if you wanted to transport it. 8. The M1 Lite doesn't include headlight or taillights, but the M1 does. I don't plan on any nighttime excursions, so not including them, and keeping the cost down kept me interested to buy. I could go on and on, but bottom line is I am extremely happy with the purchase and used it Every day since I received it.

My friend has the regular M1 ....The pros.....The M1 light is lightest because the battery is light compared to others.. I'm able to lift it once broken down with my wife. And got it into my rav 4 trunk easily This is a very fast scooter.I went around Epcot and Disney magic kingdom in Orlando for two full days without needing a charge.....This is perfect for me because I don't need the scooter for daily short walks. ...Last but not least I paid 699.00 which is a very fair price for this scooter....now the cons.. Floor space could be about 5 inches longer but you can put your feet on bumper which has slip proof material for your foot..It does not have a headlight or a brake light...if those feature are important then you must go with the M1 which is heavier with the larger battery..vendor exceeding 21 sent me a message for free replace parts info for year warranty and the number to call. They did respond to my emails questions so that was a good sign that they have customer service reps available. For the price you can not beat this light weight scooter ..Now if your looking for a scooter you need daily and longer commutes you need to spend from 800-2500 dollars depending on your needs and probably invest in a rear hitch to put on the back of vehicle.
