I have rheumatoid arthritis and have trouble standing or walking for long periods of time. This mobility scooter answered my prayers, it was very depressing not being able to get around as much as I wanted to. I used to be very athletic. It fits in my small car in the back seat or the trunk, folds up in seconds. And I love the different speeds. No matter what I can control how fast I want to go which is up to 14 mph, it can go from 3 mph up... whatever I choose. Definitely the answer to my prayers and has removed a lot of anxiety that I've had. So easy to take care of and maintain just plug it in overnight and it's ready to go when I wake up. The charge lasts all day long. We took it to Busch gardens and I rode all over the park for hours all day long and never had to charge it. I have my freedom back! The customer service is impeccable. Any questions that you may have they always have an answer. They are available for you to help in any way. If you're looking for a mobility scooter this is the one for you. I thank God for this company. Did I mention that this can be for all ages? From 12 to 112! Even if you're not disabled this can be used. A fantastic ride! Also lots of fun as well. I am 52 years old. Was very athletic I even walk my dog with it he gets his exercise. Or he can ride on the child's seat provided directly under my seat right in front of me! He loves it! I can also hook up the pulley cart to it and put him in there. Or put things in there go shopping with. The basket holds a lot of things. I recommend also buying the attachments they come in very handy, the cup holder, and extra basket. If I could I would give this 10 Stars. Thank you so much! I am so happy! Did I mention that this is for all ages? Lots of fun! Everyone that sees me ride it asks me about it and wants one. The lights work so well I have ridden it at night with no problem at all walking my dog. My husband now has no more worries about me and he is at more peace. I'm able to do more things for myself now. Yay!

We bought this for my dad so he is able to get outside again. It is good, don't get me wrong, but the front wheels tilt in at the top. That makes it less sturdy. When he is going over anything that isn't completely flat the scooter tips onto one wheel. I've tried to contact the seller but still haven't heard back.

I purchased this scooter to help me get back and forth to my cabin rental properties. I have a problem walking any length of distance, and was looking for something like this that worked on uneven gravel and mountain driveways… Wow! is all I can say. This scooter is amazing! It is sturdy, goes really fast if needed and is a great design, all-in-one. Not to mention flat-out FUN. It makes me smile every time i’m on it. Like my boyfriend (who is always borrowing it) said, this isn’t just for older people, it’s for everyone! Seriously, this is the best purchase I’ve ever made, hands down. I only wish I had know about it sooner, no joke.

The scooter is great. I like it, but the seat came with a cut in it. I have tried contacting the company twice, and they did not get back to me, even when they said missing or damaged parts would be replaced. I'll remove this review if they get back to me.

Im 77 and live 2 blocks from boardwalk and beach and found I cant walk the 2 mile boardwalk anymore so I bought this and havent been happier.I feel very safe and secure when I ride plus I love how everyone waves at me!!!!!
