I've bought many inflatable mattresses with varying degrees of luck. Most leak air and are a disappointment (and you only find out when you NEED to use it!). And, inflatable air mattresses are a nightmare to return. So, when my 10 year old grandson was planning a 2 week trip in our motorhome, I started researching solutions for his sleeping arrangement since I only have one bed and theater seating in our coach. I came across various memory foam mattresses and I was a little skeptical, but figured I'd give this mattress a try. It arrived quickly. When I unboxed it, it was somewhat flat, but the foam "aired up" within a day or two. The size was perfect for our coach and easily accommodated our grandson. It would also easily work for an adult. My grandson loved this "bed". He stated it was more comfortable than his bed at home. I snuggled with him a few times and have to agree...the mattress is very comfortable. It seems to be of good quality and is durable. It comes with its own cover to use when not in use. The protective cover was easy to put on the mattress once it is folded. I am VERY pleased with this purchase.

Bought a 3-inch twin mattress for my grandma who was going to stay with us for over a month. Because of her back issue, she has to sleep on the floor. I was worried 3 inch would not be thick enough. However, when I opened the package and left it laying flat just like the instruction had indicated for about 30 minutes, it looked really decent with the shape and the thickness. The mattress is very comfortable to lay down. Also, it has a cover, so the cover can be washed which is super nice. Since it is foldable with the case, it can be stored without taking up too much space in our closet. The price of the mattress was within our budget, and we are pleased with the quality.

This foldable mattress was one of the best purchases I’ve ever made! It’s super easy to handle; you can fold and store it quickly, without all the hassle that bigger mattresses usually bring. It takes up almost no space – perfect for someone living in an apartment (like me) or anyone needing something practical. The comfort really surprised me too. The foam is firm enough, and you can actually get a good night’s sleep without feeling like you’re lying on the floor. And here’s the highlight for me: I used to have an inflatable mattress, but my cat decided to “renovate” it with his claws and poked holes all over it. With this foldable one, there’s no such problem – there’s no risk of it popping, and you can be at ease with pets around. The seller was super quick! While I thought this would be a mattress- at 3 inches, I knew it would be thin. But, because you can order different thicknesses, for different prices, it is labeled on Amazon as a mattress. However, even the box that it came in was labeled "mattress topper." Not to say that this isn't a good mattress topper- because it is. But we put this on a bed frame and 3 inches of foam, I found out, is not a conducive enough thickness to sleep on and find any type of comfort on. If anyone is thinking about this as just a mattress, I would go with the 6 to 9-inch choice, rather than the 3. And, if I could do this all again, I would have chosen a 9-inch mattress here. However, the three-inch choice that I got- fit on a general twin frame nicely. Before we got another mattress (and used this as a topper)- we had to put some cardboard and stuffing under it- and I got sore when I slept on it. It was very hard to sleep on alone. While I have a terrible back- I don't think 3 inches of foam (which is what is inside this covered mattress) is enough for anyone- even physically pain-free and healthy-boned young people. When I was young my grandmother always brought out foam like this for us to sleep on (though there was no covering as this one has)- herself included- but it was much thicker foam than this- maybe three or four times the thickness here. However, I spent several weeks and months sleeping on thicker foam- so the thicker you go here, the more comfortable you will be. In the end though, with enough foam- you can sleep quite comfortably. What I love about this mattress is that it does fold up well- and you can easily transport it. Just as the ad shows, it folds in three pieces and while it still is quite large- it is much more manageable than any other mattress I have ever seen to move. The case for the mattress is quite large for the tri-folding piece- and it's cheaply made with no bells and whistles- but it works and will protect the mattress when it is not in use. While I wish that the 3-inch mattress I got would have had a specific denotation that it was more of a topper than a mattress- I am stuck with it. I don't like the burden of having to return things- and I figured I now had a topper. Plus, I should have gone with my gut and gone thicker- I don't remember the exact choices they had now (as it is well over a month or more later) but a 9-inch would have been better- then you have a mattress that you can fold up and store (without worry, because of the cover), or easily move- a feature that I really like, that, no matter what, this mattress can stay with you for a long time- even in case of emergencies later in life. If there are any questions about this mattress, feel free to reach out and ask them! Also know that the rating of this mattress does not reflect this mattress as a whole, just as a 3-inch mattress. I believe that had I known that the mattress would be more of a topper and gone with a thicker one- I would have been extremely happy and very comfortable. Plus, the ease of moving and storing a mattress...... Check out the photo that I added- to show the thickness of the 3-inch (or lack thereof), along with the great covering (which is another feature I love) over the foam inside... I wish my grandma had foam mattresses that folded and were covered like these are- when we were young- as they are so much nicer! Thank you

These are soft foam and should NOT be classified as a mattress. It did not fit the twin frames it was brought for, it wasn't wide enough but the length was correct. These would work for toddler sized person not anyone over 50 lbs.

I was decently surprised by how comfortable this tri-fold mattress is. The quality is solid, and the foam gave me good support without hurting my back. It folds up easily and doesn’t take up much space, making it perfect for storing when not in use. I also took it on a camping trip in my Model 3, and it provided a good night’s sleep. It’s a great option for guests or when you need extra sleeping space.
