I got these to add to a homemade mobile my kids and I made for my mom. They are absolutely stunning and there are so many options as far as how you want the lights to blink, or dim, whatever. BUT, the packaging sucks! They are wound around a piece of cardboard, but you cannot start at the beginning of these lights and attempt to unwind them. Nope! They are all wound up wrong so you have to literally start at the end and unwind all of it to just start to work with the beginning of the line. Have you ever had 33ft of twinkle lights all over your lap and floor? It's not a blast. And especially because I wasn't going to use the entire length of lights. But, there's actually a good thing about that, you can cut the lights and shorten them and they'll still work, obviously. But if you're sometimes stupid like me, and you attempt to try to cut the cardboard out from the middle and accidentally cut the lights themselves, yeah, BIG, HUGE waste. I was simply attempting to make my life easier, rather than unwind the entire thing just to use the beginning and I cut the wires instead of the cardboard. So don't be like me and just resign yourself to the fact that you have to unwind the entire spool in order to use them. Other than that issue, they're wonderful! ... show more

These aren't what I was expecting, but so glad I have them. I have them on the posts and stays of our new pergola. The timer feature is great. I like that they can be dimmed or set to chase, twinkle, or steady. The remote with each strand also works for them all. You can control them with the button on the battery casing too. the lights are nice however one pack is not working, which is ruining the look. , unable to get the remote to work the light pack correctly. If it worked the set would really look great. I have a 3 star but after a few days coming back to my review.. the lights/remote stopped working. So far, it looked great when it worked but it is WAY too soon for it to stop working after a few days. I would request to replace or refund. thx ... show more
