These fit over my regular glasses and quite frankly I barely notice any difference while sitting at my computer looking at the screen ... however ... I did use the little test card and the little blue light thingy and the card does change color where the lens is not so I guess it works as described. My only complaint would be that the little blue light thingy doesn't seem to have a way to change it's battery so if it fails you'd somehow have to figure out how to get a replacement battery or light tester thing (don't know what that lil thing is called - blue flash light?). I have done some research on the effects of blue light on the eyes, which apparently can be harmful, so I decided to try these anti-blue light glasses in hopes of protecting my eyes from unnecessary blue light. I thought when I ordered these, that I could wear my eyeglasses under them. These slid over my eyeglasses and rest on the lower part of my nose. Unless you have a really large face, these will not fit. I do not recommend.

I was actually really excited to try these glasses out. When I work on my computer or I am on my phone for longer than 1-2 hours, I get a headache from straining my eyes. I have tried reading glasses, but they did not prevent the headache. I have been wearing these since they came in, and I really can notice a difference when looking at the screen. There is no change to my regular vision either, which I was worried about. They are like those fake glasses everyone was wearing a few years ago. They are a little bit of a larger frame, but that covers all angles of your eyes when looking at screens (like looking down at a screen).
