We needed storage in our back room for pet food and canning jars and equipment. Our open shelves always looked cluttered. This unit is awesome. Everything fit. Even the bread maker and small snocone machine fit. I love how tidy things look now. Be prepared to take a few hours to assemble. My husband said that the instructions were clear but had a lot of steps. It assembled much like IKEA furniture. The unit is very sturdy and nice. It might not be something you would want in your kitchen, but for our needs, in a seldom used side entrance, it is perfect.

Good Cabinet

If you need more cabinet space but do not want to pay the ridiculous "Big Box Store" prices, this is the cabinet for you. The cabinet will arrive in two boxes. Each box is loaded with Styrofoam blocks and thinner sheeting. One of my boxes arrived torn but the internal packing prevented any damage. An inventory sheet is included in each box. The instructions are clearly printed and easy to follow. The cabinet is made out of particle board, medium density fiberboard (MDF) with metal hinges and knobs. This kit contains A LOT of screws! A battery powered Screwdriver could aid in the construction but definitely do not use a power driver or drill. Putting this together by myself, it took me about five hours to build. I could have been faster, but I chose to go slow so as not to damage or scuff the white finish. The doors and drawer function well. The European hinges were a challenge to adjust; thankfully step-by-step instructions are included for those who have never messed with this type of hinge. Once finished, the cabinet looks great and is surprisingly stable. Once all the pieces are connected together there is no wobble in the cabinet. Glue could be used for an even firmer joint if desired. I don't have children or cats, so I did not use the included wall anchors. The instructions have the builder using plastic anchors to secure the cabinet but, anchoring to a stud will provide greater piece of mind. If my Wife decides she needs more cabinets, and she will, I will most likely be buying this one again.

All day to assemble

It seems to be pretty sturdy, with a reasonable amount of room inside. It looks pretty nice also. It wasn't really that hard to assemble, but it is very time consuming! There are a lot of pieces. My biggest complaint though is that there is a fairly large chip in one of the doors. I didn't notice it until almost finished as it is one of the last pieces to be assembled. For obvious reasons, I did not want to tear it apart and put it all back into the box then drag a huge and heavy box to UPS to return it, so I guess, I will figure out how to repair it myself. other than that, I am pretty satisfied with it.

Perfect

This pantry turned out beautiful and I put it together myself. The instructions were very clear and step-by-step. It’s perfect and I highly recommend. I purchased the green color and it is a beautiful shade of green. I am sharing a picture of mine. I did add a pantry sign to the center door that I also purchased from Amazon. There is plenty of space in this pantry and it was the perfect addition to my kitchen. I need to add that the shelves are strong for canned goods.

Very Nice Cabinet

This cabinet is huge, holds so much! I have built many of these flat packed furniture pieces before, this one was the most challenging yet. Not hard, just lots of pieces. I did most of it solo, did need help with a couple steps just due to the size. This is not the kind you want to skip ahead on steps with, follow slowly step by step. The only issue I had was a couple of the wood pegs did not line up so I had to leave a couple out but not a big deal. Very happy with this purchase.

Very nice pantry
We love the finished product, and couldn’t be happier with the customer service. Be aware the cabinet is a project to build. You need an area about 6’ x 6’ minimum to assemble. Also, we found a sturdy table to be helpful as well. It will probably take the better share of a day to assemble, and you will definitely need a helper for some steps. The directions are very visual- take your time and follow the pictures closely- pay close attention to the details of each drawing. I chose to gorilla glue most of the joints (the dowels and mating surfaces, but not the cam locks). In hindsight, I don’t think it’s necessary, and might not do that next time. At one point, I got in a hurry and I accidentally ruined two of the pieces . Instead of laying them as shown in the instructions, I put them together my own way (that wasn’t stable) and the pieces collapsed and tore the joints apart. I started to do the return, but the seller said they would rush ship the necessary replacement pieces. They were very communicative and the new parts arrived promptly. VERY NICE since I wasn’t looking forward to returning the product. We love the finished pantry!

Difficult but fair assembly

I feel like I spent more time assembling this than everything else I've assembled in my life. It's just time consuming, not hard. The instructions are flawless and clear. The craftsmanship is superb. The final product is excellent. So assembly is difficult, but fair. I can't exaggerate how many individual pieces you will work with, how much packing material there is, and how long this takes. This is far more "I'll assemble it this weekend" and not "oh I'll do that this evening!" If I had to guess it was five hours of non stop drilling in screws, finding pieces and slotting them together. But it was oddly satisfying. Think of it like a five hour long "paint by numbers"... The task isn't challenging but the time and tediousness is. Oh and the door adjustment instructions and mechanism were excellent.

Is this the sturdiest cabinet? No. Does it look great and hold a ton of stuff? Yes. I needed a bigger pantry and this does the job for now and didn’t break the bank. Definitely recommend.
