Me gusto mucho el producto. Buen precio, buen gusto del café, una espuma normal. Me hace juego con el color del resto del área del coffee station. Lo único que no me gusto y nose si es normal o solo lo hace la mía es que cuando comienza a colar a parte de su ruido normal hace como un pitillo fino pero nose si esto sea normal. Espero que eso no sea un problema. Por esto di 4 estrellas y no 5. Por lo demás Perfecto. Agregue una foto de la página 15 del manual pues algunas personas están preguntado la función de la pieza adicional que trae (pipe). Aquí están las indicaciones de para que sirve este pipe. I've now had this espresso maker for eight months. I often use it every day; on average, certainly four-to-five times a week. I myself couldn't justify spending several hundred -- or many hundred -- dollars on an espresso machine, so I looked at "low end" machines. (I previously had a very simple DeLonghi, the cheapest one they had, and it finally died.) For the money, I've found this Mixpresso to be a very good espresso maker. And I definitely like the look of it. Red is my kitchen accent color amidst a lot of white, black, gray and stainless steel. Yes, it does sometimes leave a but of water behind in the espresso grounds: that happens when the cup is slightly over-filled, or when the espresso is very finely ground. But I don't find it to be a serious problem at all. The machine makes good espresso with lots of crema. The milk frother works fine too. I also like that you can get virtually instant hot water from this machine, if you want/need it (say, for a cup of tea). But also I use it when I make regular coffee, which is sometimes it's too strong for my husband. So I turn on the Mixpresso, put the water/frother wand into his cup and turn it the knob to "hot water" -- and immediately I get very hot water, as much or as little as I want. Then I pour coffee into his cup, and and it's exactly the strength he likes it. No having to bother to heat a kettle or put it in the microwave. I also like the large water reservoir. You DO have to be careful that you don't run it dry. If you do, you'll have to re-prime it to get it working again (there are instructions for that). But once you know not to do that, it's not really an issue. For the price I think this is a very good machine. I'm glad I have it.

Coffee grounds end up swimming in water after the brewing process ends. The coffee is excellent, but dealing with wet grounds is a hassle. I followed all instructions to prime the pump before the first use, and then after a few batches to see if the issue cleared, it did not. I contacted Amazon and the vendor for help. The vendor asked for a video of my “coffee making steps”. I was unable to send the video; keeping it.

I would give it a better review. However, you can't make two cups right after the other, as it holds water in in the filter cup. There is a layer in between that does not let the water drip out fast enough. Therefore, your second cup always has a lot of water in the coffee grounds. The first cup is always perfect. Not a great experience when there are two of you

I have been buying and using espresso machines since the 80's and have owned everything from budget models to top end and this little espresso machine is, hands down, the best of them all. The machine heats up quickly, makes a delicious cup of coffee, and has the power to steam and forth the milk without having to stop and wait the machine to heat up. This is the first review I have been inspired to write, and in closing, would not hesitate to enthusiasticly recommend this product.
