Not too difficult to assemble. Instructions are ok. Wished there more color options. Shipping information was confusing. Comes in three big boxes and there wasn't a tracking number for the third box (sofa). It was late and the box was damaged. ;-( We were able to straighten the bent arm of the sofa and did not have to deal with returning the very large box.

I’ve had this set for 3 days and have rust marks on my deck from when it got wet in the rain storm. The water puddles inside the metal bars and sits there and this rusts. When I moved the ottoman rust water drained out staining my deck. The set is medium weight quality aluminum and very low quality hardware.. I wouldn’t buy this again. Additionally I reached to customer service to try to exchange two regular chairs for theme rockers I thought I ordered, but they didn’t offer an exchange option. I guess I clicked the wrong “package” when ordering so my lack of attention there, but that only adds to my disappointment in this set.

Overall, a good value for the money. One of the chairs (which came in the 7 pc set) had scratches but because it was the last one I put together I didn't return it. Not worth taking everything apart to send back. Most scratches were on the seat and is covered by the cushions. Also ordered a matching coffee table and that came all bent - I did send that back and am waiting on replacement.

This works as advertised. Key features that I like are - The material drains very well, and it does not get soggy when left uncovered in rain - The seat cushion are firm and supportive and did not become soft over the first few weeks of use - installation is relatively easy, but you have to keep an eye out for similar looking pieces that fit in different locations and I had to redo a couple of times a few early steps - The color looks true to the photos and fit and finish is excellent - The velcro ties may not last as long as the seat cushions - only time will tell Overall very satisfied with the product and looks good on my patio

Such sturdy furniture and SO spacious! I feel like 2 people can probably even sit on the individual seats! The center pieces can act as seats too if necessary. easy to build and very crowd pleasing!
