I really like the very easy to understand instructions and they actually give you extra hardware. I am really surprised at how beautiful the set looks and feels. The cushions are very comfortable, the seat backs are very comfortable and the seat base cushions are very supportive. I way 200+ pounds and barely make an impression in them. Not going to lie, this was a pain in my a$$. Within two days of ordering, it was delivered from the Houston area. I take everything out of the boxes and begin the set up process. Unfortunately it didn’t come with hardware to put the chairs and table together nor did it come with the cushion covers. A week later I finally got the cushion covers. Customer service was great, but they said the hardware won’t be here for another two weeks. I have parts and pieces all over and I’m not leaving my porch like that for another two weeks, so I went to Lowe’s and got the hardware for the chairs and table to put together myself (an extra $40). The table is extremely cheaply made and I don’t think I’ll be keeping it. The couch and chairs are decently made for the price so I’m happy with those. Some alignments were not correct but we made due. I just don’t understand why the majority of the set came from Houston, the covers came from GA, and the hardware is coming from China. Why is everything not all together in the box? Anyways, other than the shipping headache, it’s a decent set and I like it.

Just put together all the parts of sofa, chairs and table. No cushions yet. It is a very nice set big, sturdy. Just like the ad picture but no cushions yet! I will return with my comment after I finish the setting.

We ordered this set and it arrived on time. We assembled the sofa first as that was the first to arrive. Then the chairs. We left the coffee table to do last as we "assumed" that it would be easy. NOT SO. As you can see in the photo there is no way the slot in the metal frame is going to "bend" to allow a screw to be screwed in. I contacted the seller and they offered to send another one. So the 2nd table arrived and it was as expected... The same as the first table. The bottom line there appears to be no quality control and my husband ended up drilling a new hole through the metal bracket which wasn't an easy task. I will say that the company's customer service was prompt in replying to my posts. It's too bad they have no control over the quality of their product.
