This is a WONDERFUL product. I tested it out immediately, and was surprised to discover that the chair could recline all the way back without falling, skipping, or anything like that. I’ve been sitting and laying in the most weird postitions(I’m neurodivergent) with my legs leaning on the armrests, my feet on the little pullout part, and everything, and nothing has come apart or broken. I was a little skeptical when I saw that everything was put together by a hand crank, but the handle on the end of that tool was very helpful and I put it together very quickly and easily right there in my living room. The colors are exactly what I expected and loved when I saw it online, and the embroidered details on the pillow pieces are absolutely amazing. When I say I’ve fallen asleep multiple times in this chair, I mean it. It’s THAT comfortable. My back didn’t even hurt and neither did my neck when I woke up. It’s the perfect spot to just curl up with a blanket and scroll on my phone, work on producing videos on my computer for my church, or just to take a cat nap. Wonderful product ... show more

The chair was pretty easy to put together. My daugter and I did this assembly and she loves the chair very much. There are three things that we were annoyed with. 1) the parts were not labeled right at all. The screws were in the picture and in the package did match. 2) it doesn't come with a powerbank 3) my daughter had her own powerbank and the massager just vibrates. It doesn't massage at all. I do recommend it but just make sure you take your time with the instructions and the parts. Also, the instructions are just pictures not written steps. ... show more
