The bike arrived damaged. Typical of all things delivered by Fedex. The power will not stay on for more than a few minutes and then turns off. Contacted support. They say 48 hours to get a response. Started a return. bike is useless at the moment will update review when customer support is actually doing some support. Update 1: After doing some trouble shooting it is obvious that this item was returned and then resent out without repair. I was sold a used item broken. The cable from the battery to the distribution box was not soldered properly causing intermittent power loss. Lets see if customer support responds. ... show more

Seems decent. But, it came with scratches on the battery (gas tank) and it did not come with the back lockable compartment shown in the picture.

I call this a hidden Gem Ebike. . I live up here in Eastern Washington, very close to the Idaho border. So we have lax ebike laws for now. But I have to say I love this setup already. Depending on what Pas mode you are in , pure throttle is already dialed in. If you want just full throttle all the time then stay in pas 5. With limiting the pas modes with full throttle it's safer on those accidental full throttle bursts. But the fact you can setup the controller how you ride is a plus. Nice ride, smooth, reliable, good battery and nice power. And one of the best warranty I have seen in this price point. Honestly this bike is worth $899.99 with all the components and specs. So at its current price under $600 USD is a deal. Thanks again and would buy again. Shipping was also fast. Product arrived 2 days early. Memorial Day update: Ridden 4 days in a row, over 100 miles now, no issues, time to do a quick 100 mile tune up. After learn how to manage your battery and pas combos, it's a win win . But wanted to give a update, again what a great find. Probably going to buy another one of these T20 just to have as a backup. Love it. ... show more
