On paper, the Misodo checks every box — 1500W peak motor, 65-mile range, 25 MPH, 7-speed — and that's exactly what pulled me in. In practice, it has been one frustration after another since the day it arrived. The light doesn't work. Not "works intermittently" or "needs adjustment" — it simply does not function at all. On a bike advertised for trail and road riding, a non-working headlight is a safety issue, not a minor inconvenience. I've checked every connection I can find and nothing has changed. The fenders are cheap, thin plastic that flex noticeably just from being touched. They rattle on anything but the smoothest pavement and feel like they could crack after a single muddy trail ride. For a bike marketed as a mountain ebike, that's embarrassing. The manual is a joke. Blurry diagrams, incomplete assembly steps, and instructions that don't match the actual hardware included in the box. I've assembled bikes before — this isn't a skill issue. The documentation is just genuinely bad. Customer service is nonexistent. Emails go unanswered. I have a dead headlight, rattling fenders, and no path to resolution. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more on a brand that stands behind what it sells.

A little easier to put together than the last one I had but you would help your consumers by making a video of start to finish of putting it together. The bike rides well I’ve only had one problem and that’s understanding how to use the full electric motor part I think I figured it out now by the controller and hitting the plus sign numerous times. It goes plenty fast for me I’m 277 pounds and it goes 33 miles per hour on full electric power. Not riden it far enough yet to determine the battery life but I will come back and post on here later if they will let me. Great electric bike for the price.

I really like the bike it's nice had no trouble putting it together took about a hour has a good set the dashboard is nice shows everything speed battery mileage good headlight should have came with a back light...all I can say it's a good bike over all for the price

The directions the bike came with wasn’t good directions. Luckily I was able to find a video that was easy enough to follow. Also it says that it is tall enough for someone who is 6 foot 4 inch which I am. I can’t raise the handle bar for my height. I now have to take it to a bike shop and have them take a look at it. Lastly I pumped up my tires and 30 minutes later my back tire is flat just by sitting. I hadn’t even rode it yet.

I am 6’-6” tall and this bike does not fit as advertised. It simply has a longer seat post. The handle bars are don’t raise up. My feet hit the front tire when I turn the front wheel. I have big hands, being tall, and the horn/light switch is too close to the handle grip and my left thumb knuckle is cut and bleeding from rubbing on the switch. I’ve driven this bike 19 miles on flat land without peddling and have had to charge the battery 3 times. The front shocks, while they technically move, bottom out and are jarring from simply pulling into a driveway. I don’t know if I can adjust the front shocks or move the switch that has hurt my hand because the bike didn’t come with assembly instructions or an owners manual. Not even a QR code to access the documents online. During the day the display isn’t bright enough to read. There may be a way to turn up the brightness, but as there is no manual, I don’t know if it’s possible.

Bike is amazing but putting on the headlight was a hassle. Overall if the bike is sent in good condition as stated then it’s a good cheap e-bike, But the range is not as advertised. I can barely get 15 miles while riding without having to stop and charge it.

Absolutely trash. Mines getting hauled away in the dumpster and doesn’t even have 10 miles. If you get this piece of just and it comes broke you have to spend around $200 to send it back. Absolute trash. Biggest waste of $400 ever ide would have been wa happier with a stripper..
