750w motor, and the owners manual does not say that it over-powers to even 1000W, much less 1500W. 10 (pure battery)-25 (PAS) mile actual usable range; even the owners manual states less than the advertised range. Bought 2 of these - one charger died within 3 days and there’s a bad cell in the second one that keeps shutting the bike down for a couple minutes after 1/2 a mile if it’s even close to halfway discharged. A thorn from a tree’s seed pod popped the “puncture proof” tires. The controls are not set to the 3-mode option that corresponds to the E-bike classifications, but the owners manual tells how to change it if you are brave enough to enter the settings, considering the warnings detailed in the owners manual against even entering the settings mode. This is false advertising, and even though the product description page has been changed after I purchased these, the product is still less than described. This is Temu-level shenanigans. And the seller’s customer service team is willing to be vague and dishonest about the situation and appear to count on ignorance of the average consumer to make issues “go away.” ... show more

I haven't had any issues yet. As long as I pedal some the battery lasts a long time. IT does about 23 phone and is definitely worth the cost.

    • Inferior tires (my opinion)
This bike is great for an old man like me! I couldn't believe how much power it has. I normally keep the power assist at level 1. I didn't want the bike to do ALL the work! Going up hills, I may need to increase the power assist to 2 or 3, but I haven't even tried 4 and 5! You can really feel the power kick in! A friend and me took off on a ride that turned out to be 40 miles round trip. My legs were beginning to feel it but I didn't get out of breath at all. That's saying something for a 71 year old with COPD who hasn't been on a bicycle since he was a kid!! Now, to my 3 star rating. The literature indicated puncture proof ( or at least resistant) tires. After my first ride, the front tire picked up a thorn and the tire was flat within minutes! Luckily, I must have picked up the thorn very close to home! For a bike that touts itself as a mountain bike, the tires themselves leave a lot to be desired! I expect to buy replacement mountain bike tires that truly are puncture proof short of running over nail! Otherwise, were it not for the tires, I would have given a 5 star rating. ... show more

I am enjoying my bike so much. I have not ridden a bike in some years. This bike is smooth riding. I have to say I will need a wider sit but, the one on the bike is still not bad. I have to say the technician James was wonderful. He put the bike together in no time. He explained everything, the battery, the gears, the display, and the brakes and thinks maybe I should not do until I became more comfortable with the bike. I took it out for a spin the next day and now riding my bike is all I can think about. ... show more

Edit: have been contacted by the seller about the broken part, they tell me they'll be shipping out a replacement and tell me when they get a tracking number, still waiting to hear back. So it's been nothing but a problem from the start. It's looking like I won't even be able to use the thing, as the handlebars are loose with nothing I can tighten to make them stay. There were other issues as well, but they aren't even worth mentioning as the bottom line is, the thing isn't good. They give you directions to assemble half the bike, and give a video of a different bike being assembled. Just don't bother if you don't wanna waste your money. ... show more
