I purchased this ebike because it was advertised with an impressive range, which was a key factor in my decision. However, after using it, I was disappointed to find that the actual range is much less than claimed 13 miles. Yes, you heard right, the battery died after 13 miles. I tried to resolve this issue with the seller, but was met with inadequate support—they refused to send a pre-paid return shipping label and instead offered me only $40 to keep the bike and try to resell it myself. That had to be a joke!!! This solution is not acceptable, especially since the bike does not perform as promised and returning it would be costly and is not an expense that I should have to cover. I feel let down by both the product and the seller’s lack of responsibility. I believe customers deserve honest advertising and support if things go wrong. Pros: • Bike arrived as described Cons: • Actual range much less than advertised • Seller unwilling to provide proper return support • Offered only a small compensation to keep and resell the bike Overall, I would not recommend this product. If you’re considering this ebike, be aware of the questionable product claims and unsatisfactory customer service. Buyer beware. Below is all the communication I had with the Seller. Regarding riding range, with a fully charged new battery, at a wind speed of no more than 3m/s, and riding on a flat secondary road, many factors affect the riding range: this is mainly due to the battery capacity decreasing over time. In addition, the actual load weight, whether the road surface is flat, the presence of uphill and downhill slopes, wind speed, wind direction, the number of times braking and starting during riding, whether the tires are properly inflated, and the correct charging method, as well as the ambient temperature, are all factors that affect the actual riding range (at a standard temperature of 25℃, for every 1℃ decrease, the riding range will be shortened by approximately 0.5km). Furthermore, new batteries need to be activated to achieve optimal performance. Initial use may show a "false charge" phenomenon (showing full charge but the actual power is consumed quickly). Activation method: After each ride, regardless of the remaining power, please charge for more than 10 hours, and repeat this 3-5 times to improve performance. I'm a comparative shopper, and this particular bike had the most bang for the buck. The difference I've noticed since I got mine is that I have the concealed battery pack, as opposed to the visible battery pack on the bike frame. This one I have no problems with. I ordered it December 25th, which is cold in Michigan. Since then, I think I've put 12 miles on the bike without charging. I did charge it not long after I got it in December to make sure it was on full, but I have not charged it since, and I still have over three quarters battery life left. I am damn impressed. I mentioned that because I see different reviews where one particular person said they only got 13 miles to a charge. Maybe that was a fluke; out of so many things, you're going to have one or two not perform as described. But for me, I would recommend this product. 💯👍🏾👌🏾👏🏽👏🏽 As far as the durability, there are no problems yet, but we'll see what happens down the road.

Find a safe place also use a flat tires tube for extra flat protection leaving the old tube in the wheel when inserting a new one underneath. Write that down.

This bike is great for an old man like me! I couldn't believe how much power it has. I normally keep the power assist at level 1. I didn't want the bike to do ALL the work! Going up hills, I may need to increase the power assist to 2 or 3, but I haven't even tried 4 and 5! You can really feel the power kick in! A friend and me took off on a ride that turned out to be 40 miles round trip. My legs were beginning to feel it but I didn't get out of breath at all. That's saying something for a 71 year old with COPD who hasn't been on a bicycle since he was a kid!! Now, to my 3 star rating. The literature indicated puncture proof ( or at least resistant) tires. After my first ride, the front tire picked up a thorn and the tire was flat within minutes! Luckily, I must have picked up the thorn very close to home! For a bike that touts itself as a mountain bike, the tires themselves leave a lot to be desired! I expect to buy replacement mountain bike tires that truly are puncture proof short of running over nail! Otherwise, were it not for the tires, I would have given a 5 star rating.

I am enjoying my bike so much. I have not ridden a bike in some years. This bike is smooth riding. I have to say I will need a wider sit but, the one on the bike is still not bad. I have to say the technician James was wonderful. He put the bike together in no time. He explained everything, the battery, the gears, the display, and the brakes and thinks maybe I should not do until I became more comfortable with the bike. I took it out for a spin the next day and now riding my bike is all I can think about.

Buyer beware!!!! We purchased these bikes for our boys. We were missing bolts to put the bikes together. We went back and forth and got the run around about the missing pieces. Finally received the package 8 weeks later and all that was included was another tool kit instead of the actual nuts and bolts. Ended up going to a store and finding the bolts ourselves. The boys road the bikes and the very first day one of the back tires completely came apart and it’s an inner tube inside that ruptured. The brakes were also garbage. Today, my son just got into a horrible accident and fell down a hill riding his bike when his back tire also popped out of nowhere. Extremely dangerous and I wish I would have just been able to get a refund. I can’t help but to feel this is a gimmick to delay shipping parts until after the refund period to avoid the items being returned. I’ll be filing a small claims lawsuit. This company is ridiculous and shame on Amazon for allowing this to happen especially after they e disclosed multiple issues with the product.
