5 stars across the board. Would give 7 if I could. The quality and upgraded parts you get are way above par for the incredible low price you pay. I NEVER write reviews, always too busy. But I have bought one with a very skeptical mind and after riding mine for a week I ordered a second one for my wife. These are very comfortable and perfect for younger or older people. Poor build quality
Very cheaply made. Front tire tube delivered with hole in it. Cheap plastic zip ties hold cables together outside tube frame. Does not have rear suspension or seat post suspension, only front fork suspension. No quick release on rear or front tires. Took to bike shop to get checked out and change out tire tubes because I dont trust quality. Build instructions are not great. Even on sale this is not a good value for money, imo. Would not buy again. Too much of a hassle to pack up and try to return. ... show more

BUYER BEWARE
Battery only lasts maybe 10 miles on a full charge even with pedal assist. Tire tube already popped and wasn’t even rough terrain. Ordered two bikes one each color both bikes are same color (black), only difference is one bike has the 7 gears and the other one gear. Not as decribed or pictured!
Not as described. No shifters, derailers or chain tensioner. Just one gear. No spring seatpost. No rear reflector. Charger gets way to hot. Front shocks suck and top out, other than that it's fine. Display cant be tightened. The funhang is way better for the same money.

Not worth the money
I would not give any star rating, I had to give 1 to complete a rating. I have nothing but issues with the battery length. Contacting an actual person is non-existence.

How many miles you can go without pedals
If you don't use the pedals you only get 20 miles on the battery
