After using this table for almost 10 days with my family, I feel happy and satisfied with the purchase. Thankfully, the table did not arrive damaged (unlike what I read in other reviews). Assembly was not that complicated but I had to call for help to assemble and put back upright. Playing surface (felt), balls, cue sticks; all are of good quality. Overall, this table is a good entertainment at home for all billiards/pool lovers, and good for beginners to learn, without spending a lot of money.

Same table on Wayfair for just under 2000. the table arrived quickly, the package was damaged, assembly was easy, needed four people to turn it around . Table is very elegant and fitted well with minimalistic house design. The table arrived damaged in two areas, but since it was rural area and we didnt want to deal with returns, the seller offered us a discount and refunded a % of the price. If you play as a hobby every now and then, then the damage is ok-ish, for more serious gamers, probably needs to go back.

Actual product seemed fine. Mine had a few scratches but ultimately just wouldn’t fit (which is my fault). Communication around return process has been difficult. The item was eventually picked up after some confusion and now the app still shows it as awaiting pickup with no option clearly available to contact seller about refund status. As of August 16th I have still not been refunded - I have reached out to the shipping company twice.

16 great looking table became damaged, multiple cracks including breaking of the main support beam. Return that and then the next one came with the same thing, crack in the side with damage to one of the pockets

We were looking for an affordable but quality pool table, and are very happy with this one. It was pretty easy to attach the legs and level the table, and it feels solid and sturdy. I love the look of the wood + black top in our home too. Would recommend if you are looking for a pool table that doesn't cost thousands but also doesn't look or feel cheap! For the Amazon delivery: It took a few weeks to get the delivery scheduled, but then the delivery company was easy to work with. The box looked a little damaged when it arrived (a bent corner and a tear on the front), but the table was packaged really well so there wasn't any damage to the product itself.

Table looks great. Easy to setup but you will need 3 of 4 people to turn over on without harming the legs. Felt is thick but makes it a slow service. Looks level at first but after seeing balls roll towards the middle of the table shows that it is not level. You have to use a short level to see the difference. Problem is I’m not sure there is a way to correct the slope in the middle. It is fun being able to play at home but definitely does not play like tables I play on at the bar for pool league. I should have saved more money to buy a slate table.

One issue: The playing surface is not fully flat. The center of the table is slightly lower than the corners so if you are trying to accurately slow roll the cue or a target, the route will not be a straight line, or the spin you intended for. Fast balls look fine. I used a level throughout the table, and the bubble wasn't out of the grid lines anywhere. I noticed the ball routes are off, and spent a lot of time trying to level it. Turns out just the center of the table being lower and the corners have been well leveled. Not sure it would be a quality control issue for my own product, but want to point it out for others. This isn't a deal breaker for me as I am a very entry level player. Pros: The table arrived on time, with careful delivery into my basement. Spent a couple of hours to get it assembled by myself and flipped the table with a helping hand from a friend. The table looks great, well disgned and easy to assemble. The table feels very sturdy. Other Cons: Ball pockets are made of hard plastic, and not perfectly aligned with the holes. Great for longevity, but sometimes pinches your hand when you try to get balls out of them. One stick start bending a little after a week, but did not really affect playing. Overall: Happy with the purchase, you get what you paid for, a very reasonable price for an entry level modern design pool table. Hope the manufacturer could improve on playing surface leveling.

It arrived in perfect condition and delivered with care and it was easy to set up, we did need 4 people to flip it over after assembled but we have played several games on it already and it’s great.
