Hey, I don't' write many of these but I needed to write one about the service and quality of shipping that WB OFFICE SHOP offers. It was fast and they made a major attempt in keeping the post office from destroying the chair in transit. The chair itself is much better to me than the 2nd generation, I even added a head rest to it from some clamps that you can get printed on Etsy. I am 5'10 and it's perfect for me. This would easily fit a shorter or taller person by 4 inches in either direction. Great chair, I like it more than my Aereon. Just make sure you get it from WB OFFICE SHOP. Thanks! ... show more

I have never given a 1 star review. This chair was expensive, sold as new. It had stickers on parts from 2007, broken piece of plastic where chair goes into base, faded lines x the seat...aged materials. Clearly USED... maybe floor model, but still... manufactured EARLY 2000's.

The chair is all I expected... extremely comfortable, just what my back needed and fairly easy to assemble the chair back (everything else came assembled) but there was no instruction sheet to indicate what the various setting om the chair do... I had to go to the manufacturer website and download that.. and no packing slip, had to get it from the Amazon site ... show more

At first I was a little cautious to order this chair on Amazon..I have purchased this same chair for our other house office, my husband's office, my craft room and my home office. I was afraid that when the chair arrived it would be a fake. It's the real deal. I love how comfortable this chair is. There are many options for adjusting it to your body. I bought this chair for my son for Christmas. He absolutely loves it. He was using a beach chair for his desk. This is the perfect chair! It molds to your body and has great lumbar support.

I wish the ad showed that these were used/repaired items. Mine came in a box, not documentation, warranty anything. which makes more sense now that I know it's been repaired. The chair does work well, but looks used and a little dirty. That may not have bothered me if I knew in advance that I was getting a used chair. ... show more
