Used it with our Coleman Scanoe this past week and we loved it. Plenty of power and very easy to use and adjust. Really quiet as well. Very happy with this trolling motor.

Great trolling motor
Size: 30 lb Thrust
Style: 30 in Shaft
Has made our flat bottom boat lake fishing so much better. Fairly simple to mount on a rented boat. Alot faster and easier than rowing. Does not come with a battery.

Lightweight easy to use
Size: 30 lb Thrust
Style: 30 in Shaft
Got this out on the water this weekend. Pushing a 10’ pelican sit on top Catch kayak. Have had a 55lb thrust Minn Kota on it before, but I got this one as a lighter option for the ponds when I’m not needing all the thrust to go against currents. At almost 11 pounds lighter it pushed me along almost as well as the 55lb unit. Fished for about 5 hours only used one bar out of 4 on my battery meter, and was trolling diving Rapalla lures most of the time, so constant moving at setting #3. Only reason not a 5 star review is that reverse does kinda suck, really only effective at full speed reverse, and then still a little slow to get everything going the direction I want. I see this in some other reviews, but honestly I usually just paddle backwards when I need to go in reverse anyway so not a Big deal, but for someone using a Jon boat it could be a bit of an issue. Perfect little Kayak motor for what I need, and the price is very reasonable for the product.
