Had trouble with the outboard engine. Had to use the trolling motor to get us back to chore. 3 grown men on top off that. But the trolling motor got us to shore.

What a dog. This 55lb thrust motor was put on a brand new alumacraft 1648 jon boat. It can't get out of it's own way speeds 1 through 4, and 5 is ok but too much to fish. Tried to return and they said too late. People, this one is a pass. Don't buy it unless you've figured a way to install it on a kayak. Wasted money. ... show more
