Overall, I really like this chair! I have poor posture from years of neglect and a much less ergonomically designed chair than this one. I took the risk of purchasing an upgrade from my raggedy old office chair and it was totally worth it. The chair is beautiful/supports my back and is overall very comfortable. Unfortunately, the holes drilled in the seat/cushion are not aligned correctly and are set a couple centimeters off to the side. It viscerally bothers my OCD that it is not perfectly aligned with the rest of the chair. It does not have an impact on comfort or use but it is still unfortunate. I tried adjusting the every other thing on the chair to accommodate this but there was no fixing it. I looked at a number of options, specifically for pink chairs, before deciding on this one. The reviews were good and many mentioned how comfortable it was which was important to me as I planned to spend many hours gaming in it. The chair was well packaged and the instructions were easy to follow. There was also a QR code which had a link to a video on how to put the chair together. I have built two other office chairs before and this was as easy as the other ones. I have been happy with the comfort of the chair so far and I especially like that the legs are metal and not plastic like many I looked at. Product arrived well packaged and all was intact. Directions were easy to understand and read and the tool and all the screws were neatly packaged in one place. As a Woman I was able to assemble the chair myself and I did so in about 30 minutes. I selected this chair especially because the arm rest folds up, so that I can roll it neatly under my desk. Spent hours trying to get the arm bolt holes in alignment. The assembly video show it slipping together in seconds. Spent two hours working on fastening the arm rests to the bottom. Gave up, will try again tomorrow. I suggest an electric screwdriver. It takes forever using the Hex wrench (supplied)( Update: gave one last try, Got it assembled. If you have wood floors I suggest getting rubber wheels to replace the originals. Note: the height adjustment is not working on my chair.. This chair is exactly what I was looking for. I needed to update, my current chair is an antique oak office chair which is beautiful but not very ergonomic. This chair is ergo correct and adjustable, comfortable, perfect height and looks nice. It seems durable as well. Certainly worth the money.
