Satisfactory for the Price.

Great for the price. Know what your buying. The quality is not as good as if you went to Lowes and bought a mini split there but, you would also pay another $1000 dollars for the same size of unit. The quality of this product matches the price. Installation is relatively straight forward, just know that parts of this unit are fragile and excessive manhandling could result in breaking something. The exterior unit seems to be built really well, and seems like it should withstand the weather. Overall I'm happy with this product. P.S. (note that you will either need to buy/rent a suitable vacuum pump or get an HVAC professional to vacuum the lines for you.

Heads up for mounting on studs
Size: Small
Obviously can't beat the price, solid construction, great look. Only thing is that I bought it to mount my unit on the side of my house with wooden studs spaced 16in apart. The feet on my mini split are 18in apart so it won't mount properly as is. I see now why it came with concrete anchors since the positioning wouldn't be an issue for that setup. I ended up buying a framing strut channel to extend the base and mounted OK. More of a heads up than a complaint if you're trying to mount on wooden studs.
