We recently had our neighbor, an HVAC Engineer, installa Bosch Mini Split with three in-room units in our home in New Mexico. A/C in the summer, and if anything should fail with our subfloor radiant heating (and you can count on that happening in the dead of winter here in the mountains), it will provide adequate heat to keep us comfortable. You need to understand, I am one of those people that finds it necessary to have at least two of anything, and well in advance of when it is needed, and so when I saw this item on Amazon, I ordered it immediately. I haven't used it yet, or needed to, but were I of the mind to clean our three units, I would have little or no idea how to go about it. There are no instructions, save the images provided on the web page, no videos or YouTube for this specific product. That is something of a drawback when considering the number of pieces and parts that come with the kit. (There are illustrations on the spray bottle showing how to fill, empty, and spray things like roses, but that is the extent of what you get.) Having said this, I will say that the items provided all seem to be well-made of quality materials, and I look forward to having the opportunity to use them when I eventually need them. The Three Star Review is temporary as I have contacted Hebianmaoyi, the seller, asking for clarification, instructions, or a video link. If they respond positively, I will come back and change the rating. In the meantime, the ball is, as they say, in their court.
