successfully cleaned three mini-splits with this product. I struggled getting the bag connected around the first air handler, but once I figured out the methodology, the other two took only a few minutes each. The package came with NO instructions but Youtube videos served as a guide. The big orange squirt bottle was useful but you can go through the 2 liters pretty fast. For my needs at least, the other items in the package were unnecessary. If I had it to do again I'd buy a package with the catch bag and squirt bottle only. What would be a helpful addition would be a set of fin combs. (I had some dented fins)

If you’ve ever looked into cleaning a mini split yourself, you know how messy it can get. This kit solves that problem almost entirely and makes the whole process way more manageable. The standout is the waterproof cover and drain setup. It fits well around the unit and directs all the dirty water straight into a bucket. No drips down the wall, no cleanup after. That alone makes this worth it. The included sprayer is surprisingly effective. It has enough pressure to actually clean the coils and fins without needing anything extra. Pair that with the different brushes, and you’ve got everything needed to do a proper cleaning in one kit. Setup is straightforward, and once you’ve done it once, it’s pretty easy to repeat. It turns what would normally be a frustrating job into something you can handle yourself without calling a professional. Overall, this is a high-value kit if you have a mini split. It pays for itself quickly and makes routine maintenance much easier.

I never thought we would be doing maintenance to our own mini splits and compressor lol. This little kit was awesome. Just pair it with a nice coil cleaner and you are all set. We saved $250 and we can do it whenever we want now. Safety first make sure you shut off power to your ac/heat from the main panel and the compressor power too.

I deal with mini splits regularly. They are usually in an area thats not ideal for messy cleaning. This is a handy kit and its pretty much everything you need. Add a vacuum and coil cleaner and you are all set. Its a great value fornthe cost. It stores away small and will work for several cleanings. It all appears to be pretty low cost stuff but works well for the purpose. I gavebit 4 stars because the sprayer is pretty cheesy. Its a bit of a pain to get sealed up but I got it to work. Not a bad deal for thisnpurpose built kit.

Mini split cleaning is one of those maintenance tasks that's genuinely unpleasant without the right containment, and the PVC bib in this kit is the piece that makes the difference. It seals around the unit well enough to direct the runoff into a collection bucket rather than onto the wall or floor. The 2-liter sprayer generates enough pressure to push through accumulated dust and residue in the coil fins without requiring a separate pressure washer. The thirteen-piece set covers the attachments needed for different parts of the cleaning process without a lot of redundancy. The bib fit the unit we tested without modification. Setup takes a few minutes of reading the instructions, but the process itself is manageable as a DIY job rather than something that requires a service call.
