Unit works exactly as intended. Keeps our living and dining room at a very comfortable temp. Turbo mode will definitely make it chilly in the house. We live in South Texas and as I'm typing this it's currently 98°F and in the house it is 74. Good, quiet, and classic look. Install was straight forward and easy. You will need to order mounting brackets separately if you want to mount to exterior wall.

This is my first time buy 12000BTU split-type air conditioner inverter heating and cooling and installed it myself. Affordable compared to central air conditioner typically use in home, split- type air conditioner are much cheaper to purchase. Installation is relatively simple and quick, requiring no major structural changes to the building. When you turn it on, it’s quiet and doesn’t make a lot of noise. It also cools and heats so quickly. My family all like it.

We have a small side porch that we enclosed and needed a small air conditioner/heater and this was perfect. We had professionals come and install it and they said it was the easiest one they had installed. It cooks just like we wanted and works great. The media could not be loaded. Very happy with my purchase. The instructions were a little challenging to follow for me as I haden't ever installed something like this before but luckily many of these minisplits are very similar so a quick YouTube search provided the information needed. You will need to purchase a mount of some kind I hung mine from the wall. You will also need a 410 to 1/4" adapter to connect a standard vacume pump. A drill with a 2 1/8" to 2 1/2" hole saw to go through the wall and possible a power disconnect on the outside next to the unit. Mine is working great. I didn't need the sealant some suggest as there were no leaks from the lines or joints. There is a rippled design on the inside unit that someone else mentioned but it doesn't bother me. I haven't insulated the cieling yet (its in my garage) but it makes a big difference in the Southern Missouri heat and humidity. Great results from one of the least expensive options on Amazon. I got the 12000 btu unit. Haven't used the heat portion yet. Its also really quiet.
