Set up was super easy. It took me a little over an hour to install it but I’ve never done one either. It keeps my entire camper cold. It functions perfectly. The remote is simple. The design is sleek. Overall I’m happy with the quality and efficiency of this unit.

Horrible came with the out side unit bent very this metal. The inside unit it like ripples across it I thought it was just the protective plastic on it that made look that way but after it was installed I removed the plastic. You can feel the ripples and see it. And it doesn’t even get cold. It doesn’t come with enough r-34 or what ever the Freon type gas is in it. Idk what to do now. It’s going to cost a lot of money for some one to come out and charge it more to what it was supposes to be from the factory. ... show more
