    • Hmm, ... where to start...

When I first got this, I connected it to an ethernet cable. It would NOT see the ethernet connection (yes the cable and ports are good as it was into my laptop working ok.), so I used Wi-Fi. It sees and connected to the wi-fi ok. While trying to upgrade to the latest windows updates, the screen keeps shutting off (5 min timeout), but moving the mouse and keyboard did NOT wake this back up, so I had to turn the power off and back on. I change the sleep timeout to 5 hours, and it did the updates, while periodically moving the mouse. After all the windows updates, I decided to connect the ethernet cable again. Nope, it still will not see the ethernet connection. Also, after the 5 hour "sleep" timeout, the screen shuts off, and goes to sleep. BUT, moving the mouse or typing on the keyboard will NOT wake this back up. Power-off, on again. :( I bought a new "m.2 sata 500gb", and "2.5" sata ssd 500gb". I installed the 2.5" ok, but can't see where to install the second m.2 ??? I'm in the process of creating a rescue disk, and about to upgrade this to Windows 11. *** Edit (1/26/2022) *** Also, I forgot to add originally, when I connect this to my 4K monitor, the highest video resolution I get with this is HD-1920x1080 HD, ... NOT 4K-3840x2160. How do I get 4K? Right now, I have it plugged into the HDMI-2 port. I'll try plugging this into the HDMI-1 port tonight. In windows 10, I went into the power savings mode and turned OFF both the SLEEP and Monitor timeout (ALWAY ON). So far, this seems to stay on, and not lockup. ... show more

Picked this mini pc up to run a Minecraft server for me and my kid. Came with 128gb but I installed a 512 gb ssd I had laying around. Was super easy to install the ssd. One screw and a switch to open. Came with a genuine copy of windows 10. A lot of usb and hdmi ports. Comes with power adapter and a versa mount for the back of a monitor. It was one of the better looking mini pc’s I’ve seen. The 8gb of ram was a nice bonus. Also has WiFi and Bluetooth as well. Even has a SD card slot if you need it. Might be a bit overkill for a Minecraft server but you never know what you might need later on. ... show more

After receiving product, I noticed that I would more than likely need extra storage space, sooner or later... I bought this PC for my mother, as a "media center" in other words... Had plans to copy all my television shows, movies, and other media to an external hard drive which the system recognized, but could never do anything with it besides that. After purchasing this computer I purchased a 4TB Seagate (One Touch) external, portable hard drive that I had plans on keeping all of the media on; the most I was able to get this PC to do was show the drive within "Computer Management" in Start-> Programs-> Windows Administrative Tools-> Computer Management-> Storage. No matter what I did with it, the system would never "initialize" the drive, and each time I tried to initialize it, I would get an error message. I also attempted the same thing getting the exact same results with a smaller, 2TB Seagate portable hard drive. Unsure if any of the BIOS / UEFI settings were causing this issue, and I spent more than sufficient time attempting to try and resolve the issue through multiple steps of troubleshooting. Tried different USB ports, along with all different types of settings within the BIOS & Windows itself. Even spent an hour and a half on the phone with Seagate technical support just for them to try and attempt to blame Microsoft for the issue along with passing along an 800 number to get in touch with Microsoft about the issue... I was born in the morning, but I wasn't born this morning... This computer wasn't worth the effort of trying to get a bigger (portable or non-portable) hard drive for it to choose whether it would like to read it or not. The only decent features worth anything was it's built-in Bluetooth, which just thinking about that, I was able to sum up 5 more issues the device has. ... show more

Easy set up like a good quality PC should. I added a 1TB SSD which was super easy and use it for storing music and video, fast enough for download and playback. Moving between applications may be a bit slow but that is not a primary function for me. If I needed to replace my current work PC I would buy another mini for sure with a faster processor because I love the size, comes with a mounting bracket to hang on the back of a monitor. With Amazon free returns (although refunded to your Amazon account) made it an easy choice. ... show more

For the price this suits my needs perfectly. HDMI to my TV. Works great with a wireless mouse and wireless keyboard. Please note this is not exceptionally fast. (And did not expect to be for the price paid) Hence gaming would be an issue. However I am able to download and watch videos with no problem. Internet connection stable.
